We reveal how to get the enviable physiques of the stars.

This week: Kate Hudson's legs.

All eyes were on Kate Hudson's pins at the premiere of her film Clear History. After the birth of her second child two years ago, she devoted six hours a day to exercise.

'I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day,' says Kate, 34.

Pin perfect: Kate Hudson's legs are stunning, but they're the product of a lot of hard work

WHAT TO TRY: Gym ball hamstring curls tone the backs of the legs. Lie on your back and with your legs extended, press your heels into the top of a gym ball.

With your arms on the floor beside you (palms down), lift your hips off the ground and tighten your abdominal muscles. Then pull the ball slowly towards you with your legs until your feet are flat on it.

Keep your head, shoulders and back on the floor. Slowly push the ball back to the start position with your feet. Repeat 12 to 15 times.

6 hours a day?! Why was she not looking after her child? Also, I understand she wanted her pre-baby body back asap, but I'm sure 2 hours a day would be just as effective!

You can't alter the shape of your legs with exercise, only tone what you've got.

Most new Mums would want to spend their time with their new baby rather than worrying about their legs! Her priorities seem a bit off - but hey ho that seems to be Hollywood motherhood these days.

Good legs certainly., but that dress/blouse or whatever is far too short.

Is it not very irresponsible to encourage people to do six hours of exercise a day? She probably had a live-in trainer to make sure she didn't injure herself. If the ordinary person tried to do that they would most likely hurt themselves and not be able to exercise at all until they recovered!

I would probably do 6 hours of exercise a day if I didn't have a job - Zip , Melbourne, Austria, 17/9/2013 03:18 On the one hand I agree, but on the other hand part of her job is to have those legs. She's usually cast as perfect beauty and has to look like one. So it's part of her job like learning her lines. A hairdresser can fix her hair on set, but she has to fix her body herself before they even start shooting.

First of all, this is delusional. You will never ever have legs like hers if you are big boned for instance. She is obviously tiny and has tiny frame. Second, if I would work out 6 hours a day, when would I sleep? Who has that much time to devote to having shapely body? Maybe lucky 0.000000001% of population, if that many.
