Mel B ensures good viewing figures as she slips on tight pink cutaway dress for co-hosting duties on the Today show

She’s co-hosting NBC’s Today all week and Mel B was dressed to impress on her first day.
The former Spice Girl donned a sexy pink dress with cut-out panels over her chest to film the show and the curvy star was almost busting out of it.
Her skintight dress was modest in length, coming to Mel’s knees and she paired it with platform stilettos.

38-year-old Mel styled her hair into a low side ponytail and wore large hoop earrings.
Mel later uploaded a picture of herself and her co-hosts hard at work to her Instagram page, during a segment where they were discussing why President Obama quit smoking.
With a banner across the screen saying ‘I’m scared of my wife: Why Obama stopped smoking’, Mel captioned her picture ‘Co hosting the today show all week,"scared of my wife" well ya should be hshaha.’

Mel flashed a smile as she arrived back at her hotel after a successful first show, proving she clearly isn’t bothered by recent allegations that X Factor Australia is ‘happier’ without her.
X Factor host Luke Jacobz admitted everyone was terrified of upsetting her and felt they had to ‘walk on egg shells around her’.
He told Sami Lukis and Yumi Stynes on their mix106.5 radio show, ‘You just never knew what was going on.

‘Because she was such a powerhouse, you walked around on egg shells because you didn't want to upset her.’
When asked, ‘Is it true that the set of X-Factor is happier without Mel B,’ he promptly replied ‘True.’
While Luke claimed he and Mel are good friends he admitted not everyone loved her.
‘I miss her because I got along very well with her, but there may be other people who might not have,’ he explained.

Mel previously admitted she is a diva but insists she is fair.
She told Australia’s Daily Telegraph, ‘Of course I'm a bit of a diva. I've sold 75 million records. Who wouldn't be?
‘I'm a girly-girl. I like my lighting. I like my hair and make-up done.
‘I like to dress up. I've flown my team over from LA. I'm very opinionated and I'm very honest but I'm not mean.’
Mel B was also said to be difficult when singing at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics last year.

Who've got a nice figure but why the tight dressses, whre something that fits you, not you trying to fit in
Very fit but she walks like she has just done something in her spanx. And after that she opens her gob. It finishes you off.

Not a fan...but this is the best, and certainly the most feminine, I've seen her look.
