Ellen Pompeo dons unflattering jumper while Sandra Oh takes the plunge in low-cut frock at Grey's Anatomy 200th episode party

She may be the star of of a hit television show.

But tonight the limelight was on someone other than Ellen Pompeo.

Making an appearance to celebrate the 200th episode of Grey's Anatomy in Los Angeles on Saturday, the star decided to wear a black jumpsuit that hid, instead of helped her thin figure.

Smiling bright for the cameras, the 43-year-old showed some skin with a plunging neckline, although her cleavage was slightly hidden by an oversized, clunky necklace.

Adding a tad bit of color to her ensemble, she wore eggshell heels with a black lace design.

She also carried a black leather clutch to hold her belongings.

Pompeo may not have shone on the red carpet, but her co-star Sandra Oh did.

The 42-year-old exuded sex appeal donning a little black dress.

Admiring her gorgeous curves, the Sideways star showed off the perfect amount of skin with a low-cut neckline, criss-cross back straps and a high-low hem.

It seemed that black was the color of the night, with co-stars Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw wearing the slimming tone.

Following in Pompeo's footsteps, Ramirez also wore a black jumpsuit.

This time, baring a little more skin, the Latino star didn't conceal her plunging neckline and had a rolled ankle cuff.

Capshaw showed off her long gams wearing a short, shift dress with a geometric print.

Adding more inches to her height, she completed her look with platform heels.

Both opting for black suits, Kevin McKidd and Kate Walsh looked quite classic on the red carpet.

The Brave actor paired a sky blue button-up with his blazer.

Going a tad bit casual, he wore black jeans instead of slacks.

Looking dapper yet sexy, Walsh wore a low-cut blouse with her blazer.

To show off her gorgeous face, the Scary Movie 5 star tied her hair back into a ponytail. Her look was completed with sexy, black high heels.

Wilson showed off her sexy, full figure in silver sleeveless dress with a beautiful lace overlay.

I can’t wait, this episode will be fantastic, I watched season 10 premiere the other day, couldn’t wait for it on sky 1, and it was great, love Calzona, Sara and Jessica were fantastic. I think everyone here looks very nice, I am so going to miss Sandra Oh, knowing this is her last season, will be very sorry when she’s gone, her humour is going to be missed...badly.
