Dot-Marie Jones and girlfriend Bridgett Casteen have been dating for three years.
The 49-year-old Glee star felt the time was right to make the relationship permanent and popped the question while the couple were attending Gay Days at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Friday.
It was near the resort's Sleeping Beauty Castle that Dot-Marie proposed and Bridgett accepted, and the actress didn't wait long before blurting it out to everyone.

Dot-Marie, who plays gym teacher Shannon Beiste on the Fox musical drama, made the happy announcement during a Q&A session at the annual weekend event that drew LGBT supporters.
'It's the happiest day of my life,' Dot-Marie confessed to The Advocate. 'I never thought I'd find somebody that is so loving and kind.'
'Thank you @dotmariejones for making me the happiest woman in the world,' Bridgett tweeted on Friday.

Dot-Marie's co-star Naya Rivera also got engeged to her beau, rapper Big Sean.
This will be Dot-Marie's first trip down the aisle, but the second for Bridgett, who has two daughters from her previous marriage.
Professionally speaking, Dot-Marie has been nominated for an Emmy three times for her work on Glee.

'This is my 23rd year acting,' the actress told Entertainment Tonight. 'And to be nominated the last three seasons on Glee says a lot about the writing and their trust in me, and I just couldn't be happier.'
She's still sad over the tragic passing of co-star Cory Monteith, whose struggles she was unaware of.
'I honestly didn't know,' Dot-Marie added. 'This year I worked a lot with Cory one-on-one and Cory was present.'
She described it as a 'loss for everyone involved. I love him and I still do. I don't have a fond memory because every memory is fantastic.'
