It is never easy being told you are not liked, especially in front of the world, so Dianna Agron did what any girl would - she got her hair done.

The 27-year-old actress, who played Cory Monteith’s girlfriend on Glee for four seasons, was excluded from the tribute episode for the late star that airs on Thursday night due to 'intense dislike' for her, it was revealed this week.

Whether hurt by the rejection or just needing a touch-up, Agron went to a hair salon in Los Angeles on Wednesday night and left looking refreshed and ready for a night in with a take-out.

The pretty blonde walked by herself from her dinner spot after picking up her meal and headed to her parked car.

With her freshly-styled hair shining sleekly and her flawless complexion, Dianna was as primly dressed as cheerleader Quinn Fabray, who she portrayed on the Fox show.

Wearing a striped jumper, black blazer and with a large black handbag, she carried her brown bag of food in front of her.

The actress was dropped from the musical cast and does not appear in the current fifth season. Most recently she was said to have been left out of the heartfelt episode dedicated to Cory due to the wishes of both a current cast member and one of the show’s creators, according to RadarOnline.com.

The absence of Agron’s character Quinn in the series’ tributary episode has already drawn suspicion as she was integral to Monteith’s legacy on the show.

RadarOnline reported that a ‘high level source’ at Fox has revealed that Monteith’s real-life girlfriend Lea Michele and series co-creator Ryan Murphy ‘intensely dislike Dianna and have both worked to marginalise her as much as possible.’

While there is reportedly no love lost between Agron and her former co-stars, she is getting plenty of affection from her beau, Nick Mathers, and they seemed more interested in embracing one another than watching polo at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The I Am Four star and her Australian restaurateur boyfriend made for a dashing sight as they took to the field during a break in the action.

With Mather's arms firmly around her waist and Agron's wrapped around his neck, the couple appeared to be waltzing across the field at the famous polo grounds.

The couple began dating in August, but already they seem to be getting serious, with Mathers  reportedly 'telling all of his friends' about her, according to Us Weekly.

'It's pretty new, but it's serious,' a source told the magazine. Nick is amazing. He's a really super sweet, lovely guy.'

While her time on Glee is well and truly over, Agron is currently starring in The Family alongside Robert de Niro, Tommy Lee Jones and Michelle Pfeiffer, and was recently cast in the upcoming film, Pretenders.

Glee's Monteith tribute episode, The Quarterback, airs on Thursday, October 10 at 9 p.m. on Fox.

I thought glee was against bullying? Very hypocritical of the creator and the cast. I think Dianna will be the most successful of the group so she will have the last laugh.
