Can you imagine Cahill or Jagielka doing this? Ramos wows crowd with sublime back flick goal in Spain training session

Eat your heart out Xavi, Iniesta, David Silva, Torres or any other member of Spain's star-studded forward line.

Anything you can do, centre-half Sergio Ramos can do better it would seem.

The Real Madrid defender wowed his teammates and the crowd with his sublime flicked finishes during an open training session ahead of Friday night's World Cup qualifier with Belarus.

Watching the ball like a hawk as it was delivered in from the right flank, Ramos leaped and flicked the ball into the net with his right heel before jogging off to celebrate.

Strolling back to the centre, he even holds up an apologetic hand for humiliating the goalkeeper - though his beaming smile suggests he was rather happy with the finish.

He obviously didn't feel too much remorse though as minutes later he meets another cross with an acrobatic volley and the outcome is the same.

Spain can make sure of an automatic qualification spot for the finals in Brazil by gaining four points against Belarus in Majorca and Georgia on Tuesday.

And while you can't imagine Phil Jagielka or Gary Cahill producing anything of that class, there is at least one member of the England set-up that can be cheeky in his finishing.

Blackpool winger Tom Ince scored with a lovely flick during an England Under 21 training session in San Marino this week.

And while we're on the subject of great training ground goals, check out this video of Poland goalkeeper Artur Boruc scoring with a right-foot volley this week.

As long as he doesn't repeat the feat against England at Wembley on Tuesday night.

One of the most overrated defenders ever and gets booked almost as often as that other nonentity Pepe

Ummmm yes Adam, have you seen some of Cahill's goals before? he's technically a very good footballer as well as a defender.
