Leah Remini smiles as she heads to DWTS rehearsals... as it's confirmed she'll testify in multi-million dollar lawsuit against the Church Of Scientology

Leah Remini certainly had a lot on her mind as she headed to rehearsals on Wednesday.
The actress, who is a current contestant on Dancing With The Stars, has just been confirmed to offer a deposition in a multi-million dollar harassment lawsuit against the Church of Scientology, according to RadarOnline.com.
Despite her looming court battle the former Scientologist arrived to her DWTS rehearsals in Los Angeles looking to be in high spirits.
In good spirits: Leah Remini flashed a smile as she headed to her Los Angeles DWTS rehearsals after being confirmed to testify in lawsuit against the Church Of Scientology, on Wednesday
The 43-year-old, who recently claimed her former church would like to see her fail in the dance competition, flashed a good natured grin en route to her day of practise.
And Leah's upbeat appearance may be due to her performing well on the show with her partner Tony Dovolani - winning the hearts of both judges and viewers with her care-free and fun attitude.
Wearing white trainers and black workout leggings the King Of Queens alum trudged through the rain in a poofy jacket.
Chipper: Despite the rain the 43-year-old actress was in a friendly and upbeat mood
Getting a little help: The former King of Queens star was escorted by an attendant holding an umbrella
But the television star had some assistance as a nearby attendant held an umbrella for her as she made her way to the dance studio.
While Ms Remini has been undergoing a gruelling schedule of dance training she also has to prepare her testimony to be delivered as a deposition in Monique Rathburn's harassment lawsuit.
Rathburn's attorney Ray Jeffrey convinced Texas Judge Dib Waldrip on Tuesday to include the television star's testimony in the case.
Hurrying: The actress scurried to her rehearsal as she carried a to go cup of coffee
Mrs Rathbun, married to ex-Scientology church executive Marty Rathburn, filed the lawsuit in August this year, which includes a restraining order against Scientology leader David Miscavige.
According to Rathburn's lawsuit published by RadarOnline: ‘She [Rathburn] has been subjected to numerous, aggressive attempts to intimidate her.
'She has been targeted at home, at work, and anywhere else that she happens to be,’ the lawsuit documents claim according to RadarOnline.
Finishing up: Christina Milian returned to her car after her day of rehearsing
Quite the load: The 32-year-old had her hands full with her dance gear
Happy: The singer-songwriter seemed to be in high spirits
‘She has been harassed, insulted, surveilled, photographed, videotaped, defamed, and humiliated to such a degree as to shock the conscience of any decent, law-abiding person.’
The date for Ms Remini's deposition has yet to be set.
The official hearing for the case is scheduled for December 11, but Remini's deposition should take place before that date.
Bright eyed and bushy tailed: Elizabeth Berkley arrived looking lean and stylish for her day of practise
Going grey: The 41-year-old sported a grey jacket, grey nail polish, and a matching handbag
Active parent: The mother-of-one hopped out of her vehicle with an obvious spring in her step
Watching her step: The Showgirls star had quite a hefty duffel bag to tote to her rehearsal session
The initial hearing will determine whether the California-based Scientology leader Miscavige is under the Texas court's jurisdiction - the church leader's representative's claim he is not.
Rathburn's lawsuit alleges that she has been harassed by both Miscavige and other church members since 2009 due to her husband defecting from the religion, even though she has never herself been a member of the congregation.
Remini, who left the church this summer, claims her departure from the religion was first instigated at the wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in 2006.
Brave: Jack Osbourne donned flip flops for the rainy day
Keeping hydrated: The former reality star carried an iced tea as trudged to his day of practise
Ms Remini allegedly asked about Miscavige's wife Shelly's absence from the event, causing former head of the Scientology Celebrity Center Tommy Davis to berate her.
According to a blog by ex-Scientology member Mike Rinder, Davis said: 'You don’t have the [bleeping] rank to ask about Shelly.'
Miscavige's wife has not been seen in public for six years, which led to Ms Remini filing a missing person’s lawsuit earlier this summer.
Ready for the rain: Karina Smirnoff arrived wearing a hat as she carried a grey cardigan to the dance studio

Hip hop style: Mark Ballas strolled up to the studios wearing a flat billed cap and loose track joggers
LAPD closed the case on the same day after stating Mrs Miscavige had been safely located.
Appearing on Ellen Degeneres' chat show last month, Ms Remini spoke more seriously about her decision to leave the religion.
'My mother and I got involved when we were really young so it was all we really ever knew,' she said, before explaining that after her 'eyes were then opened' she could 'no longer be affiliated' with the religion.
Ahead of one of her performances on DWTS, Remini said, ‘The church is looking for me to fail so they can say to their parishioners, ‘Look what happens when you leave.’
Taking it in a stride: Corbin Bleu pulled up dressed sharply as he flashed a smile
She's happy: Emma Slater arrived with a graphic message emblazoned across her chest as she wore black leggings
Hello there! Corbin gave Emma a peck on the cheek as they bumped into each other in the parking lot
Tough feet: Actor Bill Engvall went barefoot in the rain as he met up with his pro partner Emma
‘They’re waiting for me to fail.’
In July, Remini released a statement seemingly confirming her break from the institution.
'I wish to share my sincere and heartfelt appreciation for the overwhelming positive response I have received from the media, my colleagues, and fans from around the world.
'I am truly grateful and thankful for all your support.'
Showing his guns: Remini's partner Tony Dovolani arrived in a simple T-shirt during the overcast day
Stepping out: The pro dancer appeared to check whether or not he had parked properly into the spot
Looking good: The 40-year-old has yet to show any signs of ageing
Matching her partner: Cheryl Burke also sipped an iced tea just like her dancing cohort Jack
Getting ready to go: The pro dancer seemed to be in a good mood after her day of practising with Osbourne
Remini is one of the most recognizable faces of Scientology which boasts a wealth of celebrity members including Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Kirstie Alley and Juliette Lewis.
In the past, Remini, who starred in the movie Old School and had bit parts in Friends and Cheers, has been an avid defender of the religion.
In an interview with CNN, she said of Scientology's critics: 'If somebody is going to get turned off about something because of what they read or heard, then that person's not smart enough to even enter a church.
Ready: Amber Riley arrived to the dance studio wearing winter clothes
Bringing in supplies: Derek Hough walked to the studio carrying what looked to be a protein drink
'If you're really against something, then know what you're against.'
Remini promoted the launch of a Hollywood museum backed by Scientology, named the
'Citizens Commission on Human Rights Psychiatry: An Industry of Death'. A key component of the Scientology movement is its stand against psychiatry.
Remini, who was born in Brooklyn, New York, has been involved in the church for around 30 years after her mother joined in the 1970s.
She married her King of Queens co-star Angelo Pagán in 2003 and the couple have a nine-year-old daughter Sofia Bella. The family lives in Los Angeles.
