South Dakota State's Attorney Thomas Wollman filed motions on Friday ordering Patterson to serve two year-long sentences that had been suspended on prior domestic assault charges. The two-year-old boy, named locally as Ty, passed away on Friday at a South Dakota hospital after being admitted on Wednesday. He is the 'secret' son of Vikings football star Adrian Peterson (right). Friends of the little boy's mother held a vigil in a Sioux Falls park on Friday night (center) following the tragedy.
