Malin Akerman continues to impress with her post-baby appearances.

Not only has the 35-year-old actress proven to have rapidly shed her pregnancy pounds, but she's determined to display her new motherhood in a stylish light.

The Trophy Wife star - who gave birth to son Sebastian in April - made for a dashing sight on Saturday, donning a saucy, black leather skirt as she ran errands in Los Angeles, California.

The tight skirt - that cut off below her knees - hugged her body in all the right places, accentuating her slimming figure.

Creating an eclectic look, Malin teamed the number with layered tank tops, including a fitted black blouse with a lightweight grey one billowing over.

Both were perfectly tucked into her high-waisted skirt  and topped with a dangling silver necklace.

Completing her edgier ensemble, the Wanderlust star sported a pair of well-worn, black leather wedge booties.

And her blonde locks were tousled in loose waves, as the Swedish star's flawless face was covered with minimal make-up.

The star has recently been focusing on her new sitcom, Trophy Wife, which premiered a couple weeks ago and has already received stellar reviews.

Malin also just wrapped her film CBGB, in which she plays Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry.

CBGB, which hits cinemas October 11, is based on the infamous nightclub of the same name and boasts a star-studded cast that includes Alan Rickman, Ashley Greene, Stana Katic, Rupert Grint and Johnny Galecki.

If you are slim and do not gain a ton of weight you do "snap back" rather quickly. Within a month I was back at my slender pre baby weight with no dieting. It is not that uncommon.

She probably just didn't use pregnancy as an excuse to eat for seven like a lot I women these days. I've got 7 weeks to go and so far gained 15lbs after baby that's not much to lose, but totally healthy
