Wilde weather! Fearless Olivia braves the rain as she goes for a stroll in New York

She has never been one to shy away from taking brave decisions.

And Olivia Wilde was at her fearless best again as she went for a stroll in the rain in New York this weekend.

The 29-year-old initially looked a little concerned with the downpour, looking up to the skies as drips began to fall.

But the Incredible Burt Wonderstone favourite laughed in the face of a possible drenching however, and smiled widely as she continued her journey.

The actress looked in typically fine figure in a brown woolen coat, black blouse and trouser, though her stiletto heels were not the best footwear choice for walking in the rain.

Olivia, who changed her second name from Cockburn in honour of flamboyant Irish writer Oscar Wilde, also flashed her massive engagement ring as she enjoyed the fresh air.

The Cowboys And Aliens star recently revealed she is having too much fun to plan a wedding to former SNL hearthrob Jason Sudeikis, her fiance of the last nine months.

She said: 'I don't think you should spend your entire engagement planning a wedding,' she confessed, 'because it's fun. It's this great time. It's like dating-plus.'

'It's funny, people tend to skip over the engagement thing. They think it's like, "Oh, engaged." And then you get there.'

The cheeky A-lister, who infamously claimed she can speak Swiss, also refused to be pinned down on a specific date, instead saying it was 'coming up.'

But the former OC star did reveal her thoughts on what her perfect wedding would be like.

She said: 'For me, a wedding should just be the best weekend of everyone's life. Like, everyone's there. Not just your life. It should be something that everyone remembers. I would like people to laugh a lot and dance a lot. That's it!'

Fearless? Mal¿lah Y¿safzay shot in the head for defying the Taliban is fearless. Olivia is lovely but it's hardly fearless to step out for a moment in moist air.
