'She's like Jason from Friday the 13th!': Adriana de Moura gives fiance Frederic Marq a fright in spooky face mask on their wedding day
|
She looked like a fairytale princess on her wedding day.
But Adriana de Moura looked decidedly different less than one hour before tying the knot to Frederic Marq.
The Brazilian bombshell looked more like Hannibal Lecter from thriller Silence Of The Lambs in a white face mask in the latest episode of The Real Housewives Of Miami on Monday, which focused solely on her wedding to the entrepreneur.
Fright night: Adriana de Moura looked far from the typical bride in a spooky face mask in Monday night's episode of The Real Housewives Of Miami
Adriana, who had legally tied the knot with the older Frenchman five years ago, walked down the aisle with the interior designer at Coral Gables Congregational Church in Miami in May.
But not before some pre-wedding drama.
Frederic - who is said to be worth $15 million - is seen rushing into the venue where his wife-to-be is getting ready for the big day.
'You're not supposed to see me!' exclaims Adriana as she walks out wearing just a white nightgown - and a bizarre face mask.
Panic: 'You're not supposed to see me!' exclaims Adriana as she patters out wearing just a white nightgown - and an unseemly face mask
What's going on? Frederic looks confused after seeing his wife-to-be in the bizarre mask
Frederic looks at her shocked.
'I don't know if I'm looking at Jason from Friday the 13th, or at Adriana,' says bridesmaid Marysol Patton and RHOM co-star.
'When Adriana came out of that room with her hair wet and her facial mask on, I almost lost my s--t,' she says of Adriana's unusual look. 'It was bad.'
How do I look? Adriana pulls a face as he bridesmaid look at her with curiosity and alarm
Who is that? 'I don't know if I'm looking at Jason from Friday the 13th, or at Adriana,' said bridesmaid Marysol Patton and RHOM co-star
But with less than hour to go until the ceremony, Adriana is still in her nightgown, face mask and wet hair.
'I can't take it anymore, everything is on me, people can't do anything without me, it's crazy,' she laments, collpasing on the bed.
'I don't feel good,' Adriana tells her bridesmaids. 'I almost fainted."
But the women then rally around and manage to get her going.

Around 50 of the Brazilian bombshell's closest family and friends watched her marry Frederic.
Adriana's co-stars Lisa Hochstein, Alexia Echevarria, and Marysol escorted her to the church and served as bridesmaids for the lavish affair.
For her big day, the blushing bride wore a grey rhinestone-embroidered one-sleeve princess gown with a tulle skirt so poofy she had physical trouble fitting into the marital mobile.
According to the couple's wedding invitation, they required all guests 'arrive in elegant, all white, royal ascot-inspired' attire.
And for their reception at the Biltmore Hotel, event coordinator Rick Campbell instructed guests to don 'beautiful Art Deco gowns and tuxedos from Downton Abbey or The Great Gatsby.'
Fashionably late: Adriana kept her guests waiting for more than an hour at before the ceremony
Where are they? Frederiq and his groomsmen were seen waiting behind-the-scenes, wondering out loud where the women were
All worth it: For her big day, the blushing bride wore a grey rhinestone-embroidered one-sleeve princess gown with a tulle skirt
But guests look tense first at the ceremony, when Adriana is more than an hour late, and then at the reception, when the reality star fails to show up on time, leaving them waiting nearly two hours without food.
'I'm Brazilian, we party late,' says Adriana, offering a poor excuse for her behaviour.
But she finally makes her grand entrance at 11pm and appears to have a ball.
'He's helped me let go of my fears and helped me to love again,' she says of her new husband. 'The ceremony gave the validity to what a paper had said for years.
I felt happier than ever, more at peace than ever, we finally crossed the finish line together,' she adds.

It's official: The pair tied the knot legally five years ago, and for Adriana, 'the ceremony gave the validity to what a paper had said for years'
Every moment of the entire intimate soiree was captured by numerous cameramen for season three of the reality show.
It was not Adriana's first marriage.
In the first season, audiences learned about her 'traumatic' divorce which followed after a phone call from a 17-year-old girl claiming to be her then-husband Roberto's wife, who said she had a three-month-old baby with him.
Her ex-husband had apparently set the girl up with a house, maid, and driver but they were not actually legally married.

Tinkerbelle, stuck in the middle with you, United States, 1 hour ago
I watched this last night and was horrified at how disrespectful and uncaring Adriana was toward her husband and guests. Another casts remark that being late is a cultural thing absolute BS. If you were taught manners, you know being late is never OK.
