Ingredients: 35ml Calle 23 reposado tequila 15ml cranberry liqueur 25ml passionfruit juice 25ml passionfruit purée 15ml fresh lime juice 10ml vanilla sugar syrup 2 dashes homemade chilli bitters Or 2 slices of fresh Thai chilli Homemade bitters: A blend of Hanenero, chipotle, naga, Birdseye chillies aged in high proof alcohol with a few secret ingredients.

Method: shake and fine strain.

Serves 2-5 people.

Ingredients: 25ml El Jimador Blanco Tequila 25ml Ocho Blanco 25ml Tapatio Blanco 25ml Velvet Falernum herbal liqueur 50ml Bols blue curacao liqueur 50ml Sugar syrup 50ml lime juice 100ml Apple juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a large punchbowl (preferably one shaped like a skull) fill it up with cubed ice and top it up with crushed ice. Garnish it with mint sprigs and empty the contents of a passion fruit onto the ice (brain susbstance)
