She’s a self-confessed yoga fanatic and Jessica Biel is putting her skills to good use in her new film.

The 31-year-old was spotted shooting scenes for her latest movie on Wednesday, indie thriller Shiva & May.

Teaming up with Girls star Zosia Mamet, Jessica plays a yoga instructor in the film hence her skin-tight workout gear on set.

Total Recall star Jessica was busy shooting scenes for the thriller from award winning writer, director Diane Bell.

Shooting in the Los Angeles sunshine, it looks like fans will be seeing Jessica swap her glam high fashion looks for casual workout gear in the movie.

Dressed in tight grey leggings and a bright blue vest Justin Timberlake’s wife showed off her honed body, as she teamed her on set look with flip flops.

It was made for her: Jessica, who regularly practices yoga in real life, stars opposite Girls actress Zosia Mamet in the movie

The actress went virtually makeup free for the shoot and had her long locks pulled back into a braid.

Jessica certainly looked the part of a yoga teacher as she threw a baggy jumper over her costume at one point to head back to her trailer in between shots.

According to the latest casting reports, Shiva & May sees Jessica play opposite Girls star Zosia Mamet, who plays Shoshanna Shapiro in the Lena Dunham hit show.

Biel stars as a clean-living yoga instructor who finds herself behaving in ways she never imagined in an effort to protect her newly discovered sister Shiva (Mamet), who is a sex worker.

Shiva’s bad boy boyfriend is played by Twilight actor Joe Anderson with another familiar face from the big screen vampire series, Edi Gathegi, also appearing in the movie as Biel’s boyfriend.

The part seems tailor made for Jessica who often speaks of her love of health and fitness. The actress, who practices yoga at least twice a week, has previously told Elle that ‘yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible'.

Busy times ahead: Jessica is currently involved in two new movies and will be celebrating her first wedding anniversary over the weekend

The next few months signal a busy time for the actress who is also working on the upcoming rom com Nailed with Jake Gyllenhaal, Catherine Keener, James Marsden and Kirstie Alley.

Away from work Jessica will be celebrating her first wedding anniversary with husband Justin Timberlake on October 19th, following their star-studded nuptials in Italy last year.

The A-List couple celebrated their marriage with a week of partying in the resort of Borgo Egnazia in Puglia with the actress choosing a cotton candy-coloured Giambattista Valli gown as she walked down the aisle to the accompaniment of Justin’s singing.
