Hot wheels (but bad heels)! Will Smith prepares to film limo scene on set of new con man film... but those trainers aren't impressing anyone

He may have cut a dapper figure as he prepped for a scene in a limo on Thursday.

But Will Smith's well worn trainers did little for the actor's debonair look.

The Men in Black star was spotted in New Orleans on the set of this latest film, Focus.

For the scene, Smith was required to film in the luxury vehicle so his feet were hidden.

Outfitted with a metal cargo rack and several cameras, the black limo was prepped for what looked like a complicated shoot.

The actor wore a crisp button-up chequered shirt of blue and white, which was neatly tucked into a pair of fitted dark trousers.

While the actor looked like a million bucks, Smith donned his usual well-worn Asics trainers with the look.

Directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, Focus follows the story of a seasoned con man (Smith) who falls for a novice hustler, played by Margot Robbie.

To complicated matters, Smith finds himself at odds with another suitor for Robbie's affections, as well as a run-in with a former flame...all before the heist of a lifetime.

Shooting for the film began on Sept. 12, and is expected to continue through mid-November.

The film is just one in a long line of projects lined up for the former Fresh Prince, whose last film After Earth flopped at the box office.

Smith's other in-production projects include Akiva Goldsman's Winter's Tale, starring Jennifer Connelly, Colin Farrell and Russell Crowe, and Edward Zwick's The American Can, which is also set in New Orleans.

The actor's upcoming slate also consists of a several of sequels, including Bad Boys 3 and Hancock 2.

No release date has been set for Focus.

Will always looks so classy, never swears in his music, seems genuinely nice (never in any scandals)... why don't his youngest two seem to take after him? They both seem desperate for attention.

He and his wife have raised a pair of talentless, entitled Hollywood brats. Which isn't uncommon in Hollywood but the last thing I would have expected from them - they seemed like such a nice family.

why does he only act in films where he is always the main character? - Chantal, UK, 18/10/2013 00:29 What an utterly stupid comment! Because he's a leading man like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, DiCaprio etc...that's what they do, it's their jobs to sell a film.

What a stupid comment! He's a leading man and thats what they do!! I would expect him to play the lead because his name sells the film.

He is very creative: anyone who acts in adventurous/heavy movement knows comfort. Give the guy a break! He chose those for comfort!

Now this is the story all about how  My life got flipped, turned upside down  And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there  I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-air  In west Philadelphia born and raised  On the playground where I spent most of my days  Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool  And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school  When a couple of guys, they were up to no good  Started making trouble in my neighbourhood  I got in one little fight and my mom got scared  And said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-air"  I whistled for a cab and when it came near the  License plate said "fresh" and had a dice in the mirror  If anything I could say that this cab was rare  But I thought nah, forget it, yo homes to Bel-air!  I pulled up to a house about seven or eight  And I yelled to the cabby "Yo, homes smell you later!"  Looked at my kingdom I was finally there  To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-air
