She may no longer be a Victoria's Secret Angel after retiring her wings in mid-2007.

But Gisele Bundchen was still simply ethereal as she posed in a photo shoot on Thursday.

Shooting on a roof top in New York, the 32-year-old supermodel snared the attention away from the stunning Manhattan skyline by slipping into a revealing lavender cut-out gown.

Striking an almost ballet-like pose, the world's highest paid model accentuated her toned arms and tiny middle in the pastel creation.

Gisele often shows off her flexibility during fashion shoots.

The Brazilian bombshell is a huge fan of Pilates and yoga, and has recently been practising the art of both alongside her gorgeous baby daughter Vivian Lake.

Taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling city from above during her shoot on Thursday, Gisele was clearly relishing in her day job, posting an outtake from the day on her Instagram page.

'Having fun shooting outside today,' she wrote in an accompanying caption.

As always, Gisele let her natural beauty shine through, wearing minimal make-up on her complexion, letting couture dress take centre stage.

Meanwhile, her honey-hued locks were coiffed in natural waves and tumbled around her shoulders.

Gisele is currently the world's highest paid model, making an outstanding $42 million last year thanks to dozens of lucrative fashion and beauty deals.

She even managed to outdo her husband Tom Brady who, as the eleventh top-paid athlete, made around $38million, signing bonuses and endorsement deals.

Gisele has been married since 2009 to the 36-year-old American football player.

In addition to Vivian, the couple are the parents of three-year-old son Benjamin together. Tom also has a six-year-old son John from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

Oh my god, there is no denying this women has a body that as close to perfect as you can get, beautiful children, gorgeous husband, over abundance of cash and a still going strong modeling career..........her down side, well she comes of as a "snotty no-it-all" most of the time, but I have a feeling she really couldn't give a toss! ....................lucky, cow, I am so jealous.
