At just 16-years-old she has already strutted down the catwalk at New York Fashion Week.

And Kim Zolciak's daughter Brielle was dressing up again this week as she headed off to prom in a pretty blue dress.

She posted an ultra cute photograph of herself on Twitter with her little half brother KJ before her homecoming dance.

'My best friend' she wrote alongside the snapshot where she is embracing the little boy who is putting his tongue out at her.

Another picture shows her riding a vehicle with the caption: 'Casual' where she is showing off the intricately beaded gown which features a netted skirt.

Brielle's hair is braided in an intricate updo while dangling earrings completed the look.

Brielle and her 11-year-old sister Ariana are Kim's children from a previous relationship.

She married Atlanta Falcons football star Kroy Biermann in 2011 and gave birth to son KJ in 2011 and baby Kash in 2012.

The ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star is currently pregnant with twins who are reported to be due around Christmas time this year.

Kim has been busy posting a series of photographs showing her pregnant stomach, often in stages of undress.

She recently shared yet another snapshot of her bump on her Instagram account while wearing black tracksuit bottoms and black bra top.

'Wiggin it to Walmart this morning!!!' she wrote beside the double shot of herself taken via a mirror. 'This belly is soooo heavy!!!! Not too much longer!!'

Her bump was visibly larger than the last snapshot, shared just before she went swimming with her children.

She posted a photo on her Instagram account, writing, 'Going swimming with the kiddos! The pool makes me feel so much lighter! This belly #twins #excited #blessed #nofilter.'

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star revealed to E! news in August that she was expecting twins.

'I was completely shocked,' she insists.'I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.

'I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true.'

The family recently suffered a setback when American football player Kroy tore his Achilles tendon and underwent successful surgery.
