Reality television star Joanna Krupa has splurged $1.37million on a condominium with sweeping views from the 42nd floor of the harbour in Miami, Florida.

The 34-year-old star of The Real Housewives of Miami was married in June to nightclub owner Romain Zago and they're settling into the new home.

The couple had been living in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront home that Joanna bought in 2011 for $3.4 million.

The newlyweds have moved into the high-rise unit at the Four Seasons Residences in Miami and put their former home up for rent at $16,000 a month, reports Trulia.

The high-rise condo was offered fully furnished and features panoramic views of Miami's downtown skyline and waterfront.

The condo includes stone tile and marble floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The new home comes with a spacious kitchen that included Poggenpohl cabinets and also features electric shades and a surround-sound system.

The luxurious living quarters include 24-hour concierge service, and access to a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool and spa.

Joanna and Romain also will have to pay homeowner's association fees of $1,540 a month.

The high-rise unit came on the market in March with a $1.5million price tag, but it was later reduced to $1.4million in July.

The Polish model and Romain got engaged in 2010 after dating for several years.

They were married this past summer in a $1 million ceremony exchanged vows in front of 150 guests at the exclusive Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, California.

True. they do not own the house they were shown living in. Probably did get behind on the rent. Existing owner does have it listed for $16k a month. They downsized because they can't afford the fake lifestyle they are trying to create.

Didn't you report like a month ago that they were behind on their rent so how were they living in something she owned? No way she makes that kind of scratch.

It would cost that or more in Toronto. The average price for a house here is nearing 1 million. Crazy.

Massive self-indulgence..... Isn't this what Jesus warned against in Luke 16 with the rich man and Lazarus? I don't admire her or her property at all.
