It was clearly a huge moment for Kim Kardashian and her now fiance Kanye West, but Kylie Jenner also struggled to hide her emotions after seeing the rapper propose on Monday.

The 16-year-old was caught on camera crying 'tears of joy' by her sister Khloe Kardashian, who later posted the revealing snap on Instagram.

She wrote: 'Clearly @kyliejenner and I were having a moment! #TearsOfJoy #Sisters'.

However not everyone was there to celebrate as TMZ later reported that Bruce Jenner was 'not invited to AT&T Park and he had no idea his step-daughter was getting engaged until after'.

Family sources told the website that Bruce and Kanye have never had a 'real conversation', but the reason Bruce wasn't asked to be there remained unknown.

Kylie and her sister, Kendall, couldn't hide their youthful excitement as they partied moments after their big sister's engagement.

Kendall shared a glimpse of the fun festivities at San Francisco's AT&T Park baseball stadium by posting a 29-second video on keek.com, and brief though it was, it was long enough to make a lot of people wish they were there too.

'Amazing!' Kendall captioned the video.

The party was hopping to the beat of live music - and so were Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16, who were seen dancing and hugging before splitting up to do their own jigs on the grassy field.

Kendall then grabbed Kim's pal Jonathan Cheban for a few dizzying moments before zooming merrily away.

Khloe even makes a few flitting appearances as she's shown swathed in a flowing black outfit and dancing on the grass in beige high heels.

Kendall makes a return and shouts out a 'Whoa!' as she takes the camera for a spin.

The big proposal and celebration that ensued were just the healthy shot the Kardashian-Jenner clan needed following weeks of family drama, highlighted by Kris and Bruce's separation after 22 years of marriage.

Kanye asked Kim to marry him on her 33rd birthday on Monday at the baseball park, the big question in blazing white letters on the scoreboard sign: PLEEESE MARRY MEEE!!!

The romantic rap artist then surprised his lady love with family and friends pouring from the dugouts.

Kanye spared no expense on the celebration that featured a 50-piece orchestra and fireworks.

This will be Kim's third marriage and Kanye's first. Kim was previously wed to Kris Humphries and R&B songwriter Damon Thomas.

Kanye recently said that he liked Kim because she never asked him for money. I'd love to see the prenup he makes her sign.

Tears of joy? More like they are laughing so hard they cried. Ridiculous waste of space and time.
