So yeah, I decided to try out an ARIA personal. It's definitely going to take me some time to get used to it and find a consistent method and such, and I may discontinue it at any point. So it's just for fun really. Hope you like!

"TW", "HP" and "W#" refer to that of ARIA, not this chart "Pers" is position on my personal chart. An asterisk in that column indicates that an AP #1 in a particular week was, on my personal chart, placed behind a song that was also on my AP in the same week. (eg the top 2 switched between Saturday and Sunday or something like that ) Last edited:
Good to see P!nk & Nate at number 1, also good to see I Love It, Little Talks, Don't You Worry Child & Stay in your top 10. I also agree with JT, Psy, Justice Crew & Mumford & Sons being in the bottom 10. I wish FOB & Diamonds were higher though.
Dayum, I thought you said you liked MS but it can't even outrank HS Although at least I'm not the only person ranking it around there. Good to see Lanterns & Little Talks both in the top 5!
Damn didn't get to comment on your last chart. But great top 2! In fact I don't dislike any of your top 10. Great rise for Taylor Swift! Also nice to see Demi up but her and Jess are way too low.
Mountain Sound distances itself nicely from Harlem Shake; nice! Good to see Jason Mraz & Calvin Harris debut the highest, and right next to each other, just like in my chart
Yay, Labrinth fell That makes for a pretty solid top four actually. Sad to lose Mumfords, Youngblood Hawke and to an extent Mauboy, but certainly not sad to lose that other one Yay JT, OM&M; and Macklemore rising.
Great to see Pink hold on against what I see as a pretty crappy #2 and #3. I'd probably have the debuts the other way round but great to see Stafford Brothers, Taylor Swift, JT and Macklemore rise.
Best personal chart IMO except for mine of course. Even tho my chart says differently (I made it on Sunday, forgot to post it) I'm really loving Let Her Go. No song I dislike until #19. Sad to see Rih, FOB, JT & Guetta so low
Loving so much of the top 10 at the moment! The neat Nelly drop is a cool bonus too. I think I like that new Guetta song so I'm sad to see it enter so low
Yasss, Titanium has an epic new peak! Apart from that, I like that we agree on which debut isn't worth much of a mention. Also wow I never noticed how fast One Direction dropped!
I'd much prefer Just Give Me A Reason or Ponpeii at number one but Royals is good too. Good to see Lanterns, Stay, Global Concepts, Next To Me and I Could Be The One up high and Love Is Easy, Harlem Shake, Scream & Shout and Sweet Spot down low
Oh, grrrr, this apparently should have been Pompeii's week! I like Royals and all, but Bastille definitely deserves to hit the top at some point. Great to see Global Concepts in the top ten now and lol at the over-stanning of karaoke.
Really good top 3, In fact apart from Thank You your top 10 is really good. Good to see I Could Be The One jump into the top 10 . Good to see Gentleman debut down near the bottom where it belongs but apart from that, Sweet Spot and One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks) the rest of your bottom ten are good songs .
She didn't fall out but I'm still disappointed Love seeing Get Lucky, Even When I'm Sleeping & I Touch Myself right up there, and I hope Waiting All Night has a good climb in it too. Poor Mountain Sound is too low
You should remove all the other zeros, just for lulz! Nice to see The Way & Radioactive getting the highest entries, and Macklemore cracking the top 10.
Poor Caterina & Emma, they deserve to be up higher. I'm glad that Gentleman remains down the bottom and that Big Banana is gradually making it's way down but #thatPOWER should be at least ten places lower. Good to see all the non-voice entries placed well.
Still pulling for Daft Punk at #1. Nice to see Good Hashy get the highest debut, and Lana decently improving on last fortnight's position. I'm surprised but happy to see Big Banana so low down. Good jump for Rudimental.
Great to see The Voice not impacting the top half of the chart; a nice surprise. A shame to see Everything Has Changed come in so low, and did I miss a memo on Walks Like Rihanna being #31? I think that's three AP's in a row that had it there! Cool to see Mirrors make the top ten and Radioactive make the top five.
Ewww, Best Friends being that high is making me cringe . Good to see Need U (100%) enter high though. I wish Only Teardrops and This Is What It Feels Like were up higher though
I'm unfamiliar with the version of the song you have at #37; also I'm unfamiliar with any numbering system where 31 comes after 40 and before 42; at least I only made one mistake! Karise is way too high, for the record it's where it is on mine because I hate it, I do acknowledge it as a real song. Nice to see Blurry still on top and Derulo closing in on the top ten.
Lorde is flopping; you're such a hatre. Big jump for Radioactive is nice, I haven't yet seen if Get Lucky is still bulleted (I assume not) but bummer I'm surprised Avril is in the top 40
Great to see Heart Hypnotic have the highest debut. I think the debuts for Reload and Come With Me should be switched around though. I like that Tennis Court has had a rise but I hope it can get higher in future. I really hope Get Lucky can get a turn at the top also. And wow that This Is What It Feels Like is not #50, I'm guessing that Reload is going to become the new This Is What It Feels Like
Good high re-entry for Royals and great to see Tennis Court in the top ten as well. Good to see Come With Me drop but I was hoping Bubble Butt would be much lower than it is
Noooo! Armin things Good to see a correlating debut for Naughty Boy on your AP Happy to see Radioactive remain on top this week, and a wonderful jump for Tennis Court. Also pretty great that Jason Derulo is dropping down this week.
Fact: even without the re-entries, "Royals"'s chart run is a little silly Great to see Tennis Court join it, and a strong debut for Naughty Boy. Happy to see Arctic Monkeys at least make the top 30!
- As I said in chat it's quite a strong chart this week, possibly my favourite yet - With Bruno and Rihanna falling off I have just 3 songs left from my first AP: "Just Give Me A Reason", "Can't Hold Us" and "Thank You"! And upon looking that up I realised I messed up CHU's WI a while ago; cbb fixing every chart

Yes it is in the same place as mine . I agree it's a fairly strong chart this week. Good to see Classic, Love Me Again and Firestarter debut in the top thirty, I hope Love Me Again can make the top twenty. I do wish Clarity was up higher though. Poor Armin things
Nice rise for La La La there Same goes for Vance Joy and OneRepublic. Terrible debut for Birds though. Wow at Empire of the Sun taking the biggest hit of all. Oh, and poor Armin things [2] Last edited:
Ooh, wasn't exepcting Just Give Me A Reason back on top but I prfer it over Radioactive. Dissapointed that I Need Your Love is so low. All of the debuts are placed well. Pity Clarity is back on the way down and I really do wish Reload was the higher of the Armin things
lmao, however, Daft Punk actually did get to #1 on this chart so I'm not too distraught about them being shunned Capital Cities style here Yuss at Arctics going top 20.
Yay, JGMAR back on top. Nice move for Riptide, hope it can get a go on top. Holes is far too low and Acapella is far too high, perhaps you mixed them up???
YAY GO ARMIN!!!!! Pretty nice debut for Calvin there, and great to see Naughty Boy at number 1 this week, though I'm a little sad Vance Joy just got pipped. Hopefully they can scrape a week or two up at the top. Another nice jump for John Newman, but a terrible fall for poor Pompeii A good bounce for Clarity though I don't expect to see you place it much higher than that. Acapella into the top 5 is always good too!
Ooh, This Is What It Feels rises . Hopefully Reload follows as it is so much better than Supersoaker . Good to see Thinking About You up high, hoping it rises and good to see Clarity growing on you. Hopefully the excellent quality of the charts stays so Bubble Butt doesn't get to high Last edited:
Supersoaker below Armin thing is sad Neat new #1 though, and I'm happy for Calvin & Selena to be above 1D & The Collective. Oh and good to see Arctics still moving up and Holes improving slightly
Pity Time Of Our Lives couldn't debut at #50, hopefully if Jai Gai debuts he'll be put at #50 and the Armin things will rise . Your top 5 is amazing, hopefully Thinking About You can get into it soon
iTunes watch: Armin things are barely in the top 40 Nice to see that age hasn't stopped Sail from getting a nice debut (though I expect it's all downhill from here ) Ooh, nice position for "Try"! And I love seeing Do I Wanna Know jump into the top 10!
Eww new #1, come on Riptide! Awolnation is also in too high; Imagine Dragons should have scored a better debut. Great jumps for Arctics, Olly and Avicii.
Yay for Acapella! Nice high debut for Sail but poor OTOTW I do love your top 10 now though. Now Riptide this week please? And poor Armin things, for the millionth time Lol at Sheppard rising towards a new peak. I am quite happy to see Corby and Empire of the Sun towards the bottom too.
OOOH go Reload! Flying up the chart!!! Go Arctics, great new peak for them. Nice to see you warming to On Top of the World too. Good to see Clarity creeping up there too Sad to see Holes failing to make any inroads though, and poor Treasure had quite a drop. Please rebound Riptide!
So great to see both Armin things rise . I'm glad Give It 2 U debuted on the bottom and Can't Believe it debuted low as well, hopefully that can drop some more in the coming weeks. Good to see Wild Child and What Now do reasonably well and I Won't Give Up re-enter low. Good new peak for Tennis Court
Ooh, DIWK consolidates with a nice peak, though you're almost making me dislike Acapella Tennis Court new peak is nice too. Go Wild Child slaying all our APs <3 Also yuss at ATY being in the right section of the chart, even if it's no lower than Try lol at GI2U, at least it's making Holes' run look better.
Aww, Laura Palmer and Next To Me should be up higher but I'm glad We Own The Night debuted low. Glad Give It 2 U is still #50 as well. Applause only #26, such a flop stan tbh . I would have liked Roar and Talk Dirty's debuts to be switched around with Laura Palmer and Next To Me's. But yay for Shooting Stars exactly where I put it . Sad to see Thinking About You drop out of the top 10
Big jumps for some of the oldies there, but poor Bastille got shafted twice Very good rise for OTOTW though, hope it can reach top 10 or maybe even top 5! I'm happy to see Resolution sliding downhill quickly too. Sad to see Get Lucky losing ground though it had a pretty great run towards the top of your AP
Surprised Bag Raiders made the top 10 because you tend to debut everything reasonably low, so yay! And yes, the Applause situation is very #flopsatay I would have hoped that Laura Palmer could have debuted higher, I mean Pompeii isn't a gigantic LHG/BL-sized hit that means you must instantly shun the follow up Bad timing for Arctic Monkeys to drop out, grr!
6 months!, and rip JGMAR: 1-1-1-1-2-1-3-3-3-2-4-4-5-6-6-6-4-4-3-3-1-3-5-6-5 if it wasn't for CHU re-entering I'd now have no songs remaining from my first AP. Shooting Stars takes advantage of ARIA's hatring of DIWK/AL/SAS/WAL/etc and climbs to #1, becoming the first ancient track to hit the top. Reload scores a new peak at #47 and for the first time is above the original Armin thing, probably due to subconscious anger at it messing with the once-potentially-glorious 13-ness. Excel continues forcing me to put that stupid band's stupid music stupidly high by threatening me with http://youtu.be/IcPu_l-f6o8 and it's not fun.

Omg yay new peak for Reload, and great to see it above the other Armin thing . Good to see Time Of Our Lives at the bottom but poor Laura Palmer. Wow at Shooting Stars at #1, I didn't expect that. Gross at new peak for Can't Believe It
First thing I will say is, Laura Palmer is too bloody low Next, wonderful number 1, and a terrific bullet for Imagine Dragons! I'm happy to see I don't have the highest position for Flo & Pitbull too
The Laura Palmer shade is not cool! Being below Armin things is just wrong! On the other hand, I love the new #1! I wonder though is Tennis Court the new Safe & Sound? Don't make excuses for your awful taste by having those Dragon songs in your top 10 And I'm happy where the debuts are.
Good to see The Wire debut reasonably. Even though I don't like it yet I feel sorry for Berzerk, Time Of Our Lives should be there instead and gross Give It 2 U should be lower as well, disgusted to see it above Laura Palmer. I like that I Won't Let You Go didn't debut too high. Can't Believe It really needs to stop rising though
Yay, someone with worse debuts than me this week Yay for KP hitting the top 10, and Jessie J's new one having a healthy rise. Poor Olly is really low, but it is pretty pedestrian nowadays, so I don't mind too much. Lol at CBI rising so far though
Yes! So good to see Give It 2 U deservedly at the bottom again. I like that the X Factor things are also low as well but poor Diamonds (even though it is almost a year old ). Sad to see Bring It Back so low after seeing your supposedly positive review of it before, I do like that You Make Me has the highest debut. Good to see The Wire up and good to see Can't Believe It down, however it needs to be much lower
Well, at least Laura Palmer isn't being shunned anymore Great jump for Haim, shocked that Applause has made the top 20 Shame Drake isn't going in the right direction, but glad to see Fadey Damimmy above
Oooh, terrific jump for Haim here too! Also a nice jump for OneRepublic, and Jessie J. Quite like the sizeable drop for Thinking About You (Sorry Zac), on the other hand, poor Passenger. Hope Haim become the next number one, and that new Avicii can have a big rise second week
Yes CBI! Awesome to see Haim hit the top, and Animals have a really high debut. Happy to see Blurry continuing its fall down the chart, and I quite like the order of those debuts. Lucky Pompeii dropped out before it hit #50 but poor Holes falls victim to the good chart quality this week. Surprised to see OTOTW fall so far from #1 as well.
No CBI! Good to see The Wire at #1 and Animals straight into the top 3. The bottom four debuts/re-entries are deserving of those places. The drop for Thinking About You saddens me
Lana Del Rey and the man who made this song as big as it is and just cheered it up just a little bit because Lana tends to be a bit solemn, it's Cedric Gervais (btw check out Rizzle Kicks' version!!)

Good to see Waterfalls and Dami debut low, sad to see Clarity that low and Pompeii re-enter low as well. Pity that Right Here is so low, it should be where Can't Believe It; sepaking of that I really hope it stops rising. Sad to see Ba*Bing and Work Bitch debut but glad to see Let Her Go re-enter low. Go Team! Pity that The Wire is already off the top spot especially to that song. I hope Redfoo goes no higher; it's bad enough seeing the other awful song rise so much
I can't be as succinct as you, so I won't try But can we please have the same #1 in the same week soon? Not sure I'm entirely happy with Talk Dirty making it to #1, but the rest of your top 9 is great! Good rises for Jessie J and Miley, and yess Redfoo tbh [2]. I think I will be the only one that somewhat supports your placing of CBI too Flop Radioactive though, which is sad, and also sad is flop Get Lucky, or maybe I am just in a depressed state at the moment and everything is sad? Good ordering of your entries too, except Pompeii of course. I see Clarity is now lower than it was when it debuted, aww
I like your old #1 better than your new #1 However the rest of that top 4 is pretty neat! Surprised at how high SIK & It's My Floppy are getting too. Also I need to stop this comment because OMG I CHECKED OUT RIZZLE KICKS' VERSION AND IT'S LIKE MY EARS WERE PUT THROUGH A BLENDER AND I DRANK THEM; I DON'T NEED TO HEAR ANYTHING ELSE ANYMORE! Also I like Lana's song, but the film clip confuses me, I've only seen the second half of it
Yuss at Berzerk getting a new...*scrolls up*, being higher than Clarity! But the questionable songs on the rise are still making me hmm!
Good to see The Wire back at #1 and Can't Believe It down. Good debut for Safe & Sound. I like that Summertime Sadness and Work Bitch have gotten new peaks and Let's Get Ridiculous didn't rise. Pity that Right Here is still so low. I kind of feel sorry for The Fox as it's better than Waterfalls
Well I can't believe it's taken 18 weeks for our #1s to match up! Awesome to see S&S; right up there on your AP, and ooh, SS still rising on your chart! Good for Drake to rise to a new peak but it's still far too low. Good positions for those other two debuts too, but I simply refuse to acknowledge your dislike for the thing at #50, so I am going to say Waterfalls is your #50 Also I just noticed that 6 of our top 10 are the same, that's pretty cool I remain hopeful that CS can grab a rebound btw
Flop Safe and Sound 3 spots lower than your personal chart peak Good for Drake to rise to a new peak but it's still far too low [2]. Good for Eminem to rise to a new peak but it's still far too low. Oh and great for Haim getting to #1; these weird charts that don't have them #1 should be shunnnnned
Haim staying at #1 is very nice. I find it very strange that Lorde didn't drop considerably from #3 even though she didn't debut at #3, she could've at least been close to being similarly relative to this week's ARIA position; I mean you saw that position before you made the chart so you have no excuse! However I'm happy for her charting higher and having lots of 3's. I do wish you would stop testing me with the Redfoo thing and I'm quite unhappy to see it overtake Drake who admittedly makes for a very nice climb this week nonetheless. Happy that BOT & Illy got the highest entries this week, and slightly higher than expected, though for once I debuted all the stuff similarly low, not a great week. And finally I'm shocked/pleased to see The Fox already off the bottom spot.
Okay, it was bad enough that Can't Believe It undeservedly rose up the chart but now Let's Get Ridiculous, how ridiculous that this is happening. Good to see Bring It Back and Work Bitch up to new peaks. Shame to see. Right Here still undeservedly down low. Surprised that The Fox managed to make it off the bottom : P
A shame to see Hey Brother and 23 both up way too high. The debuts for Wake Me Up, Heartbreaker and Bonfire Heart are well placed. Good to see Animals back into the top three and the rise for Bring It Back. A shame to see You Make Me drop so much.
So I feel like this comment should be 15 pages long. I know it won't be, but I will try my best nonetheless so yeah I forgot to comment on you chart last week as you can obviously see. Good to see Haim continue at #1 despite it falling down mine last week, Jess debuted way too high for my liking, awesome for Animals to stay in the top 5 last week. wow at that rise for LGR, I really wasn't expecting that! Really happy to see High Hopes crack the top 20, but I feel like it should be higher. I wasn't expecting Wake Me Up to leapfrog You Make Me this week, and I wish it hadn't have happened. Cool to see Bring It Back crack the top 30 this week, and Lanterns re-enter pretty well despite its age. and YES The Fox is off the bottom!!!!!!! Anyway on to this week [/notslowlike392foronce] Awesome debut for Hey Brother, and a little higher than I was expecting. I know you said you liked it, but you like everything, so I was expecting a mid 20s debut for it. Replace Pop A Bottle with Royals and you have a seriously amazing Top 10. Oooh, it appears CBI has hit the wall for you, it may still be peaking for me soon, or it may have peaked, we will have to wait and find out. Awesome that High Hopes is at another peak this week #brokenrecord. I didn't notice Gorilla had made it this high, but I'm not complaining, as I quite like it. Bring It Back into the top half of the chart is a good thing, hopefully it can replicate my 25-15 jump this week! Yay a non-terrible debut for 23, I think Irish is the only other one to debut it well, so yay good placings for the rest of this week's debuts, though Warrior is perhaps a little too low. Taylor's Wake Me Up is quite a bit better then you have given it credit for I think, but that's okay, because I was expecting it lower actually. Bonfire Heart is quite a bit lower than I was expecting, judging by your lastie, so I am half waiting for a big jump next week, not sure how I feel about that. It's good to see Burn drift into the bottom 10. But why didn't you change the Young &/And Beautiful tag this week in harley-esque style (jk, jk) Let's have Animals at #1 next week if it can make it to the chart this week please I think that's everything. I feel so inferior to you with your epic comment last week #harlflop. btw, this was so much effort, and I feel like I am just rambling about nothing, so don't expect anything this substantial until I have something worthwhile to say!
Oh, I forgot to say, yessss at The Fox above Marry Me! Last edited:
