It used to be conventional wisdom that women should put their feet up when they become pregnant.

However that seems the last thing on Danielle Jonas' if her latest internet posting is any guide.

The 27-year-old seemed to be having a great time as she worked her triceps under the watchful eye of a personal trainer.

And she looked in fine figure in a blue vest, leggings and trainers, with her baby bump proudly protruding as she pumped iron.

Women are now recommended to stay active while pregnant to ensure they are in the best shape possible when giving birth.

Jonas Brothers star Joe, 25, married Danielle in December 2009 Oheka Castle in New York's Long Island.

The former hairdresser from New Jersey wore a Vera Wang gown while Kevin's brothers, Joe and Nick, served as the best men.

The couple met in 2007 while holidaying in the Bahamas with their families.

In 2012, Kevin and Danielle became the stars of their own reality series, Married to Jonas. The E! show is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions, which also produces Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Married to Jonas has given fans an insight into the often complicated dynamics of their young relationship, and will no doubt mean fans are even more excited about the couple having their baby in early 2014.

The legendary pop group us currently in turmoil after their forthcoming tour collapsed, but the brothers took to twitter earlier this week telling fans to 'bear with us.'

When I worked out pregnant I did not look put together like her AT ALL, my clothes were baggy my hair was a mess, and I certainly did not have a makeup on!

She shouldn't be lifting that amount of weight over her head. I'm all for keeping fit when pregnant (I'm 34 weeks) but that's a lot of strain on your uterus!!

um no its not, as long as you have been doing it prior to your pregnancy and as long as you don't have any problems. pregnancy is not a disability..I was a fedex deliver driver and worked up until the births of all my children... and I was no kid..had my last at 39 and a half plus one month..so I guess you'd say 39and 7 months.
