Fans may be more used to seeing her looking immaculate in magazines shoots or on the red carpet, but Cindy Crawford was barely recognisable dressed as an 80s rocker on Friday.

The supermodel channeled Guns N Roses star Slash, as she arrived at a Halloween bash held at Mike Meldman's home in Beverley Hills.

The leggy beauty and her husband, Rande Gerber, coordinated their fancy dress, both wearing T-shirts and black skinny jeans.

The 47-year-old wore fun tattoo sleeves as she carried an inflatable red guitar, while hand in hand with the 51-year-old, who she's been married to since 1998.

In true Slash style, Cindy wore a black top hat and black frizzy wig, hiding her long brunette hair underneath.

Despite it being an evening event, both Cindy and Rande wore dark aviator sunglasses to maintain the overall rock star look.

The mother-of-two finished off her outfit with a cut-off denim jacket, black vest and chunky, buckled leather boots.

While Rande was also sporting headwear in the style of Axl Rose, with a red bandana and long red hair.

The owner of the Midnight Oil bar chain flashed his knees in ripped jeans, before completing his attire with long necklaces and beaded bracelets.

The star-studded event attracted a whole list of famous faces including Molly Sims, Kelly Brook, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher.

Cindy was looking much more like herself when she attended the launch of Brian Edwards' book Enter Miss Thang at Cafe Habana in Malibu, California on Monday.

She displayed her toned legs in an eclectic multicoloured dress which she teamed with a black leather jacket, strappy peep-toe booties, and a structured black clutch.

She does look great, but I find it hard to respect someone who spends all of her time peddling snake oil and miracle aging creams to the gullible viewers of the shopping networks.
