On a bicycle made for... three! David and Victoria Beckham take son Brooklyn to a spin class

Victoria and David Beckham looked like they're passing their passion for fitness onto son Brooklyn, by including him in their work-outs now that he is older.

The ex-footballer took his 39-year old wife and eldest son to a spin class in West Hollywood, where they worked up quite a sweat on Friday.

And clearly the young lad had a rather energetic session, as Brooklyn, 14, left the gym with a soaking wet vest on.

David, 38, himself looked a little red in the face, but no doubt is still as fit as he was in his England footballing days, while Victoria hid her face under a black baseball cap to match the rest of her Adidas work out gear.

Soul Cycle is a popular fitness trend involving a high intensity, full body workout.

Kristen Bell and Alessandro Ambrosio are both fans of the bike-based exercise, which helped them get back into shape after giving birth.

The family headed home after the intensive work out, but they had more problems on four wheels than two, as David reportedly crashed into a car outside their Beverly Hills home.

The ex-England football captain was allegedly in his black Range Rover Sport with what looked like his son Brooklyn in the front passenger seat when the collision reportedly occurred at 2.30pm on Friday.

He reportedly reversed back into his drive way and waited within his residence before police arrived to question him about the incident.

Police were seen leaving his home, then interviewing witnesses nearby for more information about the accident.

Damage was clearly visible on the white Acura 4x4, as well as David's expensive Range Rover Sport, where the bumper was hanging off the front.

I genuinely don't envy this family on little bit. We were the lucky ones having had a very close and adventurous time with our family without the millions and publicity. I'd absolutely detest having to put up with minders and paparazzi every time I went anywhere. NOTHING is worth that lack of privacy. With their money, I'd have to buy an island and live there in peace and privacy.

Why weren't the boys at school? Half-term here isn't until this week. Since the family 'moved back to the UK.' They seem to have spent more time in LA over the last few months.

I don't feel an ounce of pity for them, they are courting the paps like no other celebrity. They bring their children to events, let them model (Romeo) and will do anything to promote their brand.... Just because she's not all dolled up now and wearing her "own" fashion designs, she is not amused...otherwise she would have done her stupid posing Far better known celebrities, like Matt Damon for example, are perfectly able to lead private lives...wonder why...
