‘They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views,’ a source told the New York Post’s Page Six.

Gisele, 33, and Tom, 36, will be moving into the recently renovated One Madison apartments, after picking a three-bedroom pad.

And the pair don’t have to worry about sprucing up their latest property, as it is already exquisitely decorated by Danish interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.

And there is plenty of space for all of their designer clothes in the master bedroom’s his and hers wardrobes, while the adjacent bathroom has a vanity for each star as well as a huge tub.

They will also be able to gaze out at the bustling city below thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.

The couple is in great shape so no doubt they will be making good use of the state of the art gym and swimming pool in the building.

One Madison also has a screening room, where Gisele can kick back with her children Vivian, Benjamin and Tom’s son from a previous relationship John, while watching one of his football games.

The property has a dining room should the stars which to have a large cocktail party in their new building, and it is close to a park which no doubt their children will enjoy.

This will be a third home for the couple, who own a $20million mansion in Brentwood, California which is eco-friendly with solar panels and a water recycling system.

They are currently building another mansion in Brookline, near Boston, which it is believed will be as large as their palatial Los Angeles pad.

Gisele and Tom previously owned separate properties in New York, with the Brazilian beauty selling her triplex for $4.4million and her other half raking in $17.5million for his condo.

Not bad for a girl from the Brazilian favelas (Shanty town in Brazil). Just kidding. She comes from a middle class Brazilian family.

Okay, all that glitz aside, what I really focused on was the view. Holy mother! New York really is all about the view.

I hope he can play football till he is 50 ! Hope she can model till she is 50 too ... I guess property is a good investment as long as they can keep up with the bills. Seen and heard this scenario before !

Do they really need such an enormous house? Especially as they have another house or two, I don't see why they need another palatial sized home. With all the starving people around the world , I'd think they'd want to donate to the many charities involved in humanitarian causes, or set up their own like Angelina & Brad have done.

Beautiful views but I'd worry too much about the children playing and running in the rooms with windows to the floor.

Enjoy it now because it's all temporary. In the next life many who were first will be last and those who were last will be first.

I wouldn't want to live 47 floors up, no matter how nice it is!
