She's said to be eight weeks pregnant with Hank Baskett's second child. But now Kendra Wilkinson has to deal with a claim that she's getting cozy with an ex boyfriend.

On Monday RadarOnline reported the former Playboy pinup has been spending time with Shawne Merriman, who she dated before she married Hank.

The centerfold, 28, has reportedly seen the athlete platonically at least one more time since she bumped into him at a party in San Diego in June, according to the site.

Kendra's spokesperson did not return calls to MailOnline.

'She went to San Diego alone without Hank,' the insider told Radar. 'Hank stayed home with the baby, while she had an appearance at a club. Shawne was there.'

Kendra married Hank in 2009 during a star-studded affair at the Playboy mansion. Together they have a three-year-old son, Hank Jr.

When the Girl Next Door dated Shawne, they had a reported 'volatile' relationship. 'They’ve always had feelings for each other,' the source tells Radar. 'He was there [on this night and] they hung out.'

Both men are football players. Shawne - who used to date Tila Tequila - played in the National Football League from 2005 to 2012 for both San Diego and Buffalo. Hank is a former wide receiver who played for Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colt.

After the June party session, the reality star and Shawne reportedly met up again.

'I know that they’ve met for lunch,' the source revealed.

Both times the meetings were 'platonic,' but Kendra's husband of four years didn't know about them.

Radar reports, 'he is now aware' of the blonde's contact with her former lover.

There have been no claims that Kendra has become once again romantically involved with Shawne.

Still, these meetings have been the cause of many bumps in their relationship, the insider said.

'I know that that caused a lot of problems,' the source told the site.

Kendra has 'remained in contact with Shawne,' claims Radar.

Kendra's other famous ex-boyfriend is her old boss Hugh Hefner. It was rumored she romanced martial arts fighter Justin Frye.

The perky blonde has appeared on several reality shows including Girls Next Door, Kendra On Top, Celebrity Wife Swap and Splash.

On her most recent episode of Kendra On Top, she said that she was stopping birth control without telling her spouse.
