Be Prepared... for more nude Madonna: Singer dons Scout scarf and little else as full frontal images of star aged 18 emerge

She has posed with a whole manner of props in the past varying from the controversial such as a gun to the light-hearted like her pointy bra.

But now images have emerged of Madonna as you’ve never seen her before… dressed as a Scout complete with scarf, hat and not much else.

The picture shows the star, now 55, at the tender age of 18 kneeling on a fur rug in all her glory, with just a pair of cowboy boots on to finish her look.

Shot by photographer Herman Kulkens, all the way back in 1977, Madonna looks fresh faced as she gazes at the camera – with her hands lifted in the shape of guns pointing at the photographer.

The other images are just as daring with the star, who is now a mother of four, appearing full frontal.

While in some of the pictures Madonna appears smiling and in a jovial mood, others show her looking contemplative showing off her skills as a model.

It's a very different Madonna from the one we recognise today.

The stunning shoot predates the singer's obsession with bottle blonde that has marked out most of her career, indeed, one of her most famous tour to dates was called Blonde Ambition.

But her baby blues look equally determined in this precious shoot, which shows off the Italian-American beauty's naturally dark looks.

The photos from the shoot were owned by Penthouse founder Bob Guccione, who died of cancer in 2010, and are now part of Jeremy Frommer's collection after he bought Guccione's entire estate from creditors last year.

The photos of Madonna, as well as some of Guccione own oil paintings will be available for auction through Guccione.com from November 9.

The superstar could - of course - sweep in and buy the set herself, but she's always been rightfully proud of her womanly form.

Her own Sex book published in 1992 pushed the boundaries of what was then considered acceptable in the mainstream.

And even today, she continues to rock erotic costumes on stage as she takes her concert tours in ever fresh directions.

Sounds like there are those here commenting who have a hang-up when it comes to nudity. Fair enough. Some call her 'skinny', others say 'ugly'. One said she was a 'freak'. I think her body is slim and potentially she did a little exercise. There's no droopy areas, and she is in her late teens, naturally she was in good shape. It's not pornographic, it's not even sexual, it's artistic form, the female nude body in a number of, perhaps, everyday poses. Such pictures nowadays are construed immediately as pornographic because it's a nude body, the normal state one is in when about to perform sexual contact. Add in a theme like a cowboy outfit, a secretary's attire, a nurse's uniform, and it's viewed as 'exceptionally pornographic'. Some of our minds have been construed by nudity in such a vulgar way, that we repel it at every moment it's seen.

Yet another person cashing in on Madonnas past nudity. As Madonna has said before, she is used to it, but I think this man should have offered them to Madonna first so she had the opportunity to safeguard her children from more ridicule.. Be as it may, I think she looks tasteful and I doubt she will feel embarrassed
