It pays to get pregnant: Kendra Wilkinson confirms she's expecting her second child in tacky paid tweet

Not too many people get paid to announce they're pregnant. But Kendra Wilkinson does.

After days of speculation that the Playboy centerfold was expecting her second child with husband Hank Baskett, the Kendra On Top reality star confirmed the news on Thursday via her Twitter account. And while doing so she plugged Clearblue pregnancy tests.

Also on Thursday the beauty confessed to Today that she's still in her first trimester.

'Round two. Here we go!! :) #ClearblueConfirmed #spon,' Kendra, 28, wrote in a caption that accompanied a photo of her holding up the pregnancy wand with the Clearblue logo front and center. The 'spon' hashtag made it clear this was a sponsored tweet, as in she was paid to make this post.

Also on Thursday the mother to Hank IV, aged three, talked to Today, saying, 'Kendra On Top, naughty, naughty, that's what got me pregnant with baby number two.' She then added, 'We planned this to be right after the season, so I'll have time to puke. You know, be in a cave.'

She also revealed she's still in her first trimester. 'I'm really at a great stage. Not physically. I'm in the bathroom every 10 minutes.'

Kim Kardashian is the most consistent plugger of sponsors on her Twitter account, mentioning everything from Eos lip balm to Sketchers shoes, and has been often cited for not using the #spon tag.

In 2010 tweeters were asked to mark their paid plugs with a #spon (and #paid or #samp for those who received sample products) by the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. The instructions were a response to the Federal Trade Commission's request for a more obvious disclosure from bloggers.

Kendra, who appears to be the bread winner in her family as her athlete husband is a free agent, often finds creative ways to make an extra dollar.

In February the San Diego native, who has done numerous club appearances throughout her career, slipped into sexy wear to co-host with Audrina Patridge a Leather And Laces Super Bowl party in New Orleans.

She also said she lost her pregnancy pounds from having son Hank Jr. by using Abs Cut, which she was the spokesperson for.

The model made her mark in 2003 by becoming one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends which resulted in her being featured on the hugely successful 2005 E! reality series Girls Next Door.

She went on to marry her NFL star in a 2009 celebrity drenched wedding at the Playboy mansion.

She also starred in her own reality show about having her first child. Kendra On Top continues to do well.

She also continued to model for Playboy. Her 2010 cover, where she appeared in a bikini clad snow bunny look, was a best seller.

Earlier this week the cover girl was accused by RadarOnline of spending time with her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman. They hung out in June in San Diego and then later had lunch. Both meetings were platonic, but they have reportedly caused tension between Kendra and Hank.

didn't say whether she was having a boy or girl?!!! shes still in the first 12 weeks!!!! No one can tell till at least 16 weeks! So NO the pink isn't a hint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
