Now talk show hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strauan have hopped on the Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke bandwagon for Halloween.

The pint-sized blonde and her six foot five co-host opened their extravaganza for the spooky holiday on Thursday, recreating the two singers' infamous and controversial VMA's performance.

Married Kelly embodied a flawless Miley, twerking and grinding up on her co-host in the same teddy bear basque Miley wore at the MTV awards.

In fact, Kelly, 43, could have well passed for the 20-year-old We Can't Stop star, looking youthful with her hair up in tiny buns like the controversial star.

Just like Miley, the mother-of-three got touchy feely with Michael with the aid of a foam finger as they danced to Thicke's hit song Blurred Lines.

Trim and terrific: Kelly also showed off her toned flat stomach as she stripped down into Miley's infamous latex bra and knickers

How embarrassing: Michael looked straight ahead at the camera as Kelly licked her foam finger

Meanwhile, Michael had Robin down to a tee, in a black and white striped suit and black shirt which was unbuttoned to show off his chest.

Ahead of their stage show performance, the pair reenacted a rehearsals sequence where Kelly showed off her ripped body in a nude latex bra and knickers.

But she later striped down completely to spoof Miley's controversial video clip for her other hit song, Wrecking Ball.

With her modesty protected with some strategically placed muzzing, she was seen licking the chain of the ball and making sure everybody knew how important her tongue was.

'Listen if this tongue breaks, we are all out of business' she said as she swung on the ball.

Miley and Robin were not the pair's only costumes for the show.

The dynamic duo also changed a whopping 50 times for their 'Wrecking Ball' Halloween special on Thursday.

And just like last year, when Michael went as Madea and Oprah Winfrey, the retired football defensive went in drag again.

This time around, the sportsman dressed as tennis star Serena Williams.

With the aid of breast enhancements and a long wig, Michael said he's wasn't afraid to embrace his feminine side.

'This is my favorite [costume] when I look at all of them,' he told the New York Post earlier.

'Whatever they throw at me, I do it. You have fun with it. You gotta laugh at yourself with this job.'

Swapping genders, Kelly joined Michael's Serena with a wig and thick eyebrows to channel male tennis star, Rafael Nadal.

As well as Miley and Robin, the pair also embodied other famous duos, including Tiger Woods and Lindsay Vonn, and the world's most talked about couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

To transform herself into the famous reality star, Kelly was fitted with a faux backside, the size of two chair cushions.

'As soon as I put on the butt pad I had more self-confidence,' Kelly joked about the dress rehearsal. 'I feel better about myself.'

Halloween wouldn't be complete without them! As well as Miley and Robin, the duo also embodied the world's most talked about couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Don't look at us! In their spoof of Kim and Kanye, Michael pretended to scuffle with the paparazzi as they tried to take pictures of baby 'North West'

'She’s (Kim) quite beautiful, so they try to make me blurry,' she added. 'I try to look sultry. It’s very challenging for me.'

Reality stars were certainly one of the prominent themes on the show, with Kelly also donning a pale pink dress to play child star Honey Boo Boo.

The pair also took on the bearded boys from Duck Dynasty.

TV shows were also not spared - with Kelly dressing up as Jesse Pinkman and Michael as Walter White from Breaking Bad, and Michael donning a dread locked wig to channel The Walking Dead's resident zombie-killing tough guy Michonne.

With the Royal baby causing excitement in America, it was no surprise that Kelly offered up her take on Kate Middleton.

The funny woman slipped on a brown wig and held a fake baby to pretend to pose outside the London's St. Mary's hospital where little Prince George was born.

Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering also stopped by the show to help Kelly create a 'Sharknado Too' trailer.

The talk show host slipped on a long blonde wig to play his co-star Tara Reid, in a spoof of the brilliantly hilarious made-for-TV film.

the most annoying thing to me, is that Miley will think she is she is even more famous "what everyone is talking about" blah blah.. any excuse for women to get the flesh out :(
