Your HIV/AIDS Community Resource and Hepatitis C Treatment Centre

AIDS Thunder Bay is the leading source for confidential HIV / AIDS information and support in Northwestern Ontario.

If you are HIV positive or know someone who is, AIDS Thunder Bay offers you an understanding support network and access to a wide range of health and lifestyle services. We offer on on-site HIV Clinical Care program.

If you are at risk of contracting HIV (especially if you are sexually active or an injection drug user) or know someone who is, AIDS Thunder Bay can offer you the prevention information you may need and provide you with access to free protection. We also have a range of agency publications available.

Hepatitis C
AIDS Thunder Bay is home to a Hepatitis C Treatment Clinic with a treatment nurse on-site, psychosocial support, outreach and community coordinator.

We provide information about Hepatitis C, risk factors, and treatment to individuals, community groups and organizations.

We are host to a needle exchange program in partnership with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit Superior Points program.

AIDS Thunder Bay is a non-profit organization offering service without judgement to people at risk of, living with, or affected by HIV and Hepatitis C.


We are open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30
