'She's as awful a parent as you can possibly draw up': Charlie Sheen slams ex-wife Brooke Mueller on eve of her first unsupervised visit with twins

Charlie Sheen is so worried about his ex-wife Brooke Mueller's first unsupervised visit with their twin sons Bob and Max - to take place Friday - that he called TMZ to vent his frustration.

During a Thursday phone call, the Anger Management actor didn't hold back when trashing the recently out-of-rehab single mother. 'She's as awful a parent and a person as you can possibly draw up,' he said, adding that she was 'evil.'

Charlie's rep did not return calls to MailOnline.

The Wall Street actor told the site he's on a mission to stop Brooke, 36, from having the kids over.

Charlie, 48, told TMZ his four-and-a-half year old twin boys have 'already suffered physical and emotional damage from the time they've spent in Brooke's care.'

Also, the kids are reportedly 'deathly afraid of Brooke's house which is covered in pet lizards, various insects and other critters, and they suffer night terrors after spending time at the home.'

Charlie also complained of a rash on Bob's face that he got up after spending time with his mother. The rash looked like 'somebody burned him,' said the Platoon star.

His other ex-wife Denise Richards, 42, was watching the boys when Brooke entered rehab in the spring.

The former socialite stopped treatment last month and has reportedly been living in LA under the care of her sober coach.

The Two And A Half Men star (who was replaced on the popular sitcom by Ashton Kutcher) also said he's voiced his concerns to L.A. Child Services, but they have not helped, he explains. Brooke has instead gotten more custody, which the son of actor Martin Sheen says he doesn't comprehend.

He also called Brooke an 'evil and pathetic über loser' and a 'whore.'

Charlie and Brooke divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage. Before that he was married to Denise with whom he had two children, Sam, aged nine, and Lola, aged eight. He also has a daughter Cassandra, 28, from a previous relationship.

The actor recently had a fight with Selma Blair - who he called the 'c' word in a text - after firing her from his show Anger Management.

Must admit Brooke has got a long way to go to be on par with Denise though from the look of things but everyone seems to have forgotten that he did a bit of a trash job on Denise Richards when they split up too. He called her every negative name under the sun and now look...

Shut up and man up, Charlie. Why the heck don't you make those kids YOUR top priority? A devoted father wouldn't shuffle two small children off to his ex-ex-wife. Who, by the way has been called every name in the book during the last divorce. Taking responsibility is more than occasional visits and writing checks.

If he is so worried about his two boys, then why does he not live with these boys and give them some love and attention. But I suppose that would not suit his lifestyle one bit. It is a depressing tale of our times. Obviously more importantly,for the boys, it is pretty disastrous.
