The 1937 country estate, located in beautiful Monecito, California, was sold on Wednesday for $6.35million, well below the asking price of $7.5million.
The Charlie's Angels star bought the two-acre home in 2010 for $5.7 million dollars, so she was able to walk away with a sizable profit.

Nice profit: The Charlie's Angel star bought the two-acre home in 2010 for $5.7 million dollars, so she was able to walk away with a sizable profit.
In September, the star slashed the price to $6.9million to attract a buyer and it seemed the move paid off.
The mother-of-one, who gave birth to her first child, daughter Olive last September, married her husband Will Kopelman on the property in 2012.
The traditional home is six thousand square feet, has six bedrooms, seven and a half baths and an additional one bedroom guesthouse.

Drew has revealed that she wants to have another child because she doesn't want her one-year-old daughter Olive to grow up without a brother or sister.
Meanwhile, Drew is busy filming her new movie The Familymoon with Adam Sandler.
It follows a man and woman who end up stuck together at a South African resort for families after a bad blind date.
Her production company, Flower Films, is responsible for some of her biggest hits including Charlie's Angels and 50 First Dates.
