Following her break up with boyfriend Chris Evans, it seems as if stunning Minka Kelly is taking life by the horns.

Showing him what he's missing, the 33-year old looked extremely glamorous in Beverly Hills on Saturday, even though she was simply buying groceries from Whole Foods.

She wore a pretty white blouse and a pair of skinny jeans, topping off the outfit with grey ankle boots.

Her long brown hair was left in loose waves over her shoulders and she wore minimal make-up in order to highlight her glowing complexion.

After paying for her groceries, the Friday Night Lights star carried the paper bags to her car in the parking lot without any assistance.

The actress is currently starring in a new Fox television series called Almost Human, a police drama meets sci-fi show.

The series, which is set 30 years in the future in a world where every human police officer is partnered with an android, Minka plays human cop Valerie Stahl.

The network plans to air a special preview on Sunday, November 17 and then move it to its regular time slot starting on Monday, November 18.

Her small screen return is sure to be bittersweet for Kelly as according to reports it was work commitments which led to the demise of her relationship with Chris.

It was revealed last week that the pair had called time on their on/off relationship once again.

According to Us Weekly, while Minka has been busy shooting the show in Vancouver, 32-year-old Chris is set to play director and star in new movie 1:30 Train in New York City.

'It didn’t make sense for them to be together right now,' a source told the magazine.

According to the publication, the pair are, however, still on 'good terms'.

This isn't the first time the couple have broken up.

In 2007, they split after only a few months together, not long after Minka ended things for good with other on and off boyfriend, Derek Jeter.

Five years later in 2012, Minka and Chris reconciled, confirming that they had reignited their romance.
