The Hoover Institution Working Group on Intellectual Property, Innovation, and Prosperity (Hoover IP2) is working to review the premises of the US patent system and to address questions of scope, specification, duration, and economic impact of that system.

Hoover IP2 is the successor to an earlier Hoover initiative, the Project on Commercializing Innovation.
