The Hoover Institution Working Group on Intellectual Property, Innovation, and Prosperity (Hoover IP²) is working to review the premises of the US patent system and to address questions of scope, specification, duration, and economic impact of that system.

Hoover IP² is the successor to an earlier Hoover initiative, the Project on Commercializing Innovation.
