Skate Canada held on-ice auditions at Canadian Tire Centre for "flower retrievers" on Monday, November 4, 2013, following the announcement of Joannie Rochette as "athlete ambassador" for the 2014 Canadian Figure Skating Championships to be held in Ottawa from January 9-15.
