He's just returned from a gruelling world tour, so it's no wonde Liam Payne wanted to sit in the audience to just watch a musical performance upon his return to the UK.
The One Direction was spotted leaving London's Palladium after watching Robbie Williams's One Night Only gig, with his girlfriend Sophia Smith.
And apparently the sight of the two together will disappoint a number of One Direction fans, as it was reported last week that the Directioners were rejoicing at the rumours of the couples' split.

Clearly this was not the case, as Liam and Sophia left hand-in-hand from Robbie's show, complementing each other with their choice of outfits.
Liam wore a black suit with a matching shirt and shoes, and carried a black coat in one hand, while Sophia looked chic in a black shift dress with a camel-coloured winter coat and black pumps.
Payne recently had to speak out against the comments made about his girlfriend of four months, after she received abuse from One Direction fans online.
'She doesn't deserve to sit and read all that who does?' He tweeted to fans in September. He also said that he actively searches for nasty comments so she doesn't. 'This is true I do it lots cus I worry she might read it... in the end she's just a girl like u sat reading twitter on her phone[sic].'

Where's David? Lara Stone attended the one-night only gig but her husband Mr Walliams was nowhere to be seen
Also attending the one-off concert were Lara Stone, Kelly Hoppen and Edwin Miller.
They were at London's Palladium to enjoy the intimate gig where Williams, 39, was joined onstage by Lily Allen and Rufus Wainwright.
Allen's duet with Robbie on the song Dream A Little Dream - originally performed by Doris Day and Ella Fitzgerald - marks her return to live performing following a baby-making hiatus, and she can also be heard covering Keane's Somewhere Only We Know on the new John Lewis Christmas advert.

Swinging again: Robbie showcased his new material from his tenth solo album Swing Both Ways
Animal friends: The Muppets made a special appearance during the show on Friday night
Speaking about the duet, Allen said:
'Dream A Little Dream is one of my favourite songs of all time so I
didn't hesitate when Robbie asked me if I'd like to duet with him on it.
'I was a bit nervous when we recorded it, especially when I asked him what he wanted me to do and he said something like 'just be you'. But I'm really happy with it and think we do justice to a classic song.'
Also making a special appearance were The Muppet's Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog, and they featured in a performance that showcased Robbie's new material from Swings Both Ways - to be released on November 17 - an album which will be similar to his 2001 release Swing When You're Winning.
Dream A Little Dream featuring Lily Allen will also appear on Williams' tenth solo record.
