'He cares more about drugs and porn stars than his kids!' Charlie Sheen's Twitter tirade angers Child Protective Services

Charlie Sheen's incessant tirades against both his ex wife Brooke Mueller and the legal system have reportedly put him at odds with the Department Of Children And Family Services.

The 48-year-old actor called the DCFS 'incompetent and lascivious' in a Twitter rant on Friday, and according to TMZ the department is not happy with his statements.

A source connected with the custody battle over his four-year-old twins Bob and Max alleges that the online diatribe has only further cemented the DCFS' perception of the star as an incompetent parent.

Sheen's lengthy Twitter blitz included insults hurled at the presiding judge overseeing the custody case as well as 36-year-old Brooke.

Despite the verbal assault - where Charlie called himself 'a loving father' - an insider claims that the Anger Management star has not demonstrated that he is a fit parent.

One source from DCFS explained to the gossip website: 'He cares more about his drugs and porn stars than he does the kids.'

Sheen violated the gag order restricting him from talking publicly about his custody battle when he launched the Twitter tirade, which could have resulted in him being sent to prison.  

But TMZ has reported that although Brooke and the Department have thus far elected to allow these rants to slide and simply let them live as evidence that Charlie is 'psychologically imbalanced', the judge still has power to send the actor to jail for them.

The outcome will be known when the case is heard next week.

The actor tweeted on Friday: ‘[S]o lemme see if I got this straight. [M]y twin boys are now in harms way and in grave danger.

‘[B]eing "raised" by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an adderol snorting husk called Brooke [sic].’

The star went on to attack the judge, who had warned Sheen earlier this week, 'Don't forget, I'm Italian,' when administering the gag clause.

Charlie wrote: [A]nd guess what CPS and "I'm Italian" judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will know get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father.’

Adding: ‘[T]ag - I'm it.’

Sheen later followed up with another tweet: ‘[A]nd if this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, then go for it.

‘I have as many friends on the inside as i do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. [Y]ou are all now standing in my way.I'd recommend a shift in your geography.’

But on Sunday the actor was in a different mood, tweeting an apology to his former producer Chuck Lorre, who fired the actor over two years ago from Two And A Half Men.

Charlie wrote: 'hey Chuck. I have an idea that u need to hear after I make amends to you and yours. which I will do in person. xox c'.

He later tweeted a picture of himself with his other ex-wife Denise, their daughters Sam and Lola and her adopted daughter Eloise and wrote: ‘a day of miracles on a field of dreams. c hashtag a real modern family (sic).’

brooke has been in rehab 21 times ?? and she seriously thinks she can look after 2 little boys ?? who the hell is she kidding ?? if the court even entertains the idea of returning them to her care, they should be fired asap !! those boys only chance at a normal life is with denise ... I cant phantom why brooke is refusing to allow her own flesh and blood to attend some counseling ?? she must be very afraid of what they will say and that it will be documented for the courts and she will be stripped of custody !! Charlie himself admits he is not the best father in the world and I respect him for admitting that ... that takes guts ... I pray that these little boys get counseling and a loving home

If he wasn't drugged out of his mind and chasing diseased women, he could actually try parenting his own children himself and leave the husk and the incompetents to their own devices. Just a thought. You chose the situation with your behavior sir. Next time, don't make babies with a drug addict. Next time, don't raise babies as a drug addict.
