She kicked off her Tuesday morning by having her long locks refreshed then styled into a chic blow dry.

Confident with the results, Eva Longoria had a little pep in her step after getting pampered at Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood, California.

But unfortunately, the 38-year-old actress encountered a parking ticket upon arriving at her black convertible.

Still, the Desperate Housewives star was nothing but graceful, remaining cool as a cucumber as she examined her 'gift' from the officer.

Accompanying Eva's sleek 'do, the star donned a slimming all-black ensemble consisting of a thin T-shirt and ankle-length slacks.

Jazzing it up, the Latina beauty dashed on a long gold necklace, a couple of bracelets, and a quilted Chanel handbag.

The workouts have been paying off! Eva's recently been running around her Hollywood Hills neighbourhood and certainly appeared slender in her all-black ensemble

Hopefully the ticket didn't cause her too much stress, because Eva appeared to be headed somewhere very important, carrying a large beige tote as she teetered along in her pink snakeskin stilettos.

The restauranteur was even dolled up with a full face of make-up beneath her jet black sunglasses, including a brightening blush and nude lipstick.

Eva was recently rumoured to have rekindled a her romance with her ex Eduardo Cruz after being spotted together in New York City, but has since dismissed the claims.

'Sorry this is just not true,' Eva said, whilst Eduardo added: 'Mmmmm ... Nope ... In San Francisco with my Girl Friend.'

But People magazine has reported that she has a new boyfriend, and their source claims he is 'a wealthy, successful businessman from Mexico.'

The source added: 'She's very happy, and he's crazy about her.'

Meanwhile, Eva has been hard at work on the set of her upcoming film Any Day.
