The Jonas Brothers are back together...sort of: Joe and Nick to reunite at Mexico concert without sibling Kevin
|
They recently announced they were splitting up.
But the Jonas Brothers are reuniting for what will likely be their final concert - without their sibling Kevin.
Joe and Nick arrived in Mexico City Tuesday night ahead of the Telehit Awards, but Kevin allegedly decided to opt out.
Last chance: The Jonas Brothers, seen here in November 2010, will give fans a final opportunity to see them perform, but sans Kevin
No deal: Kevin Jonas, seen here in July 2013, has opted to not join his brothers in honouring their commitment to the Telehit Awards Concert
Nick and Jonas remained quiet about their brother's decision to bail on the commitment.
'Hola Mexico,' was tweeted by Joe on Tuesday along with a picture of the arena for the show.
Nick showed his excitement for the upcoming show, as the 21-year-old also tweeted images from the rehearsals.
One picture showed the youngest Jonas brother on the massive stage with the caption 'Soundcheck'.
The trio originally broke up in October, with their spokesperson citing a 'deep rift in the band' as the reason for the split. The band's decision was said to be unanimous.
According to reports, the brothers were at odds over the direction of the band.
The announcement of the break-up arriving after the brothers cancelled a tour only two days before they were set to perform.
In the beginning: The Jonas Brothers, seen here in 2010, originally formed in 2005
Keeping busy: Kevin Jonas, seen here making breakfast for dinner for pregnant wife Danielle on Nov. 12, will co-host the Halo Awards
Kevin has yet to comment on the situation. On Twitter, the lone Jonas did remark on his upcoming appearance as co-host of the TeenNick's 2013 Halo Awards.
'So excited to be co-hosting the halo awards this Sunday!,' said the pop star.
Nick and Joe Jonas will appear on the Telehit Awards Concert on Wednesday, Nov. 13, while the Halo Awards will be presented on Nov. 18.

I saw Nick sing with his own band, (I think they are called The Admin, or something like that) a few a few years ago, and they was excellent. He has a massive future if he keeps it up, but they all need ditches the Disney child stereotypical way before they decline to z star status and just become leeches!
