With their intricately designed underwear complete with elaborate feather wings, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima were the high fliers of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday night.
The Brazilian models showed off their perfectly toned tummies, endless legs and enviable curves as they stepped out at the annual event, held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City.
Alessandra sported a lacy pale blue bra and panties with black and pale pink feather 'wings' with even her high heels adorned with feather details.

Adriana, 32, was even more vibrant in a scarlet bustier, matching stockings and an enormous feather boa.
Alessandra's feathery design was part of the Birds Of Paradise section of the show while Adriana sported her scarlet ensemble for Parisian Nights.
The other segments in the show were The British Invasion, Shipwrecked, Snow Angels
and PINK Network in a show which featured more models than ever before strutting down the glittery runway.

Before the show - her 13th - Adriana revealed her secret to overcoming pre-catwalk nerves.
'I'm just having fun with this,' she told USA Today. 'That's how I roll. It's all about personality.
'That's what the Victoria's Secret show is all about - enjoying yourself. I'm not worried. We're all going to do a good job.'

However, the mother-of-two said she'd done nothing too drastic to her herself in shape this year.
'I'm
eating whatever I want, just watching portions,' she said, adding that
her workload leading up to the show had been too busy to fit in intense
workouts.
'Because I have been working, I didn't work out as much as I wanted. Also because of the kids. But I did a little boxing.'

Dramatic scene: No expense was spared in the famous fashion show
Adriana also wore a 'pearly queen' inspired outfit as part of the British invasion' section of the show with a reported 3,000 pearl buttons used to create her outfit.
The section also featured Taylor Swift who appears to have got over her bad break up with British boy band star Harry Styles to embrace the British flag.
The 23-year-old singer stepped out in a Union Jack costume combined with matching flag boots and hat.

Taylor, who, along with Fall Out Boy, performed throughout the show, also donned a sparkly silver minidress.
She gave a lively performance of I Knew You Were Trouble that got the crowd at the Lexington Avenue Armory on its feet.
Faux snow fell from the rafters, adding to the fantasy feel of the production.

appeared to be in her element twirling around the catwalk in front of
the models clad in co-ordinating white and silver.
The wintry section featured a dazzling array of white and silver underwear, intricately designed silver shoes and headdresses with Lindsay Ellingson sporting a stunning lacy snowflake ensemble.

Behati Prinsloo managed to strut down the catwalk with an enormous pair of fluffy white wings which reached from way above the top of her head down to the floor.

The British Invasion theme covered everything from the swinging sixties to Scottish tradition and soccer.
Karlie Kloss sported a psychedelic bright pink matching bra and panties teamed with extravagant matching gloves and boots, also a part of the British segment.
Polish beauty Kasia Struss donned a policeman's helmet and held on to a whistle, while British model Jourdan Dunn looked smart in a scarlet coat and leather heeled boots complete with walking cane.

Following in the footsteps of Miranda Kerr, Tyra Banks, Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima and Claudia Schiffer, Candice was picked to showcase the lingerie brand's multi-million dollar bra.

This year's design, titled 'The Royal', was designed by Swiss-based jeweller, Mouawad.
The bra is adorned with over 4,200 precious gems from around the world including rubies, diamonds, and yellow sapphires the bra. It also comes with matching pink frilly briefs and a gold belt, worn beautifully by Candice.
The South African native wore white gloves and red velvet heels as she walked the catwalk during the show, which is invite-only but will be broadcast globally on December 10.

These girls all look really stunning! They are all beautiful girls who look really great in these pictures. Taylor Swift looks stunning as well. She is so good looking and could easily be a V.S. model herself!
Adriana lima is the epitome of perfection. Wish they had better music for this show. I feel that theistic didn't suit the outfits..
This is one of seventeen articles currently showing about one event, usually one each focusing on a different person and what she wore. Over all it is so flimsy you are still sharing picks among the articles, this is just mindless padding OR you're writers, I can't call them journalists anymore, are to inept and untalented to have one person handle all the responsibility. This is a trend you've had of late with some events getting as many as 31 articles, each just about different people as if each was paid for a headline.
They are all beautiful but seem to get skinnier and skinnier every year.It shows on their faces. Also 9 out of 10 have had breast implants inserted. There are very few women who have more than an A cup breasts when they are UK clothes size 4-8. As every woman knows breasts are the first thing to disappear when dieting.

Funny how last year Erin Heatherton was all front in every photo and at the end of the show where all the girl wave off. She was suddenly fronting in all the campaigns as well up to the show. This year however she is nowhere to be seen. Toni Garrn however is almost front. Wonder if they will front her in all the campaigns now.... I think we can all anticipate who will be fronting next year, that is whoever will be chosen as the new Leo angel. Toni will probably be long gone.
