After being arguably outshone on the red carpet a few times this week, Jennifer Lawrence made sure she was the one who turned heads with her latest, racy look.

Featuring a reveling sheer panel, the actress came over all Gothic in a black pleated dress for the Paris premiere of Hunger Games: Catching Fire on Friday.

The 23-year-old looked stunning in the long, Christian Dior Couture gown, while going bra-free and flashing the side of her ample cleavage.

Lawrence's dress featured thick black silk straps that crossed over her body diagonally, complete with a see-through panel that ran all the way down to her waist.

While the top of the number was fairly revealing, the bottom half was much more modest with ankle-length pleats.

The blonde star kept the sultry theme going with dark, red lipstick and thick black eyeliner, while her accessories were kept to a minimum.

However the actress, who stars as Katniss Everdeen in the film, did wear a dazzling jewelled cuff on her ear.

She finished off her breath-taking look with a pair of black stilettos, complete with cut-out sections, which elongated her shape.

Lawrence was joined on the red carpet by Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson and Elizabeth Banks who were all sporting dark hues.

Banks, 39, wore an unusual figure-hugging gown, featuring red, yellow, orange and blue coloured gem stones around the neckline and waist.

The floor-length dress included feather detailing, which sprang out from the middle creating a peplum style design.

The star, who is returning to role of Effie Trinket, styled her hair in a loose quiff at the front, revealing large stud earrings.

Hutcherson and Hemsworth also looked dapper in suits, with the former opting for a matching striped shirt and tie.

Both Jennifer and EB look great. I don't like whatever is around EB's waist though. Also, Jen's foundation should be a hair darker, but other than that, the eyes/hair/lipstick look gorgeous. Cutting off her hair was a smart choice. Totally changes her look in a good way. Liam is HOT.

Women always sell sex as part of their "talent" due to lack of acting talent and other inabilities. That is blatantly obvious by viewing the women worshipping column on the right --------------------------------> There is where every single female is HOT, SEXY, HOT BODIED or some other back patting epithet that are so often repeated as to be tiring, boring as well as completely fake or just wishful thinking. Meanwhile the self-congratulatory back-slapping continues ad-nauseum....>
