His sister has been known to endure 4am work-outs to maintain her incredible figure.

But it seems that Rob Kardashian doesn't share the same interest in general fitness.

The 26-year-old Reality star stepped out on Wednesday in an all-black outfit that proved to be not so slimming.

Looking fuller-faced as he strolled along in a tracksuit, Rob has been the first to admit that he needs to change his lifestyle.

He said recently to ET: 'Getting healthy...is huge for me. I've really just kind of changed my whole lifestyle with taking supplements and working out twice a day'.

'I really needed a change. There's just a lot going on in my family, a lot of stress and negative attention. So, this is just part of that positive reset button.'All I'm just trying to focus on is my health and just getting back to that happy point,' he said.

'I feel like people see a lot of unhappy points, which is not me. I just want to get back to the good points. I'm 26 years old; I'm supposed to be enjoying my life.'

On the show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Rob confided in Lamar Odom about his weight gain earlier this year.

'I've just not been feeling myself, gaining a bunch of weight. It's frustrating, I'm not happy going out when I'm not in good shape.' he said.

Adding 'If I don't get myself together in six months then I won't want to hang around everybody.'

Poor Rob. I do feel sorry for him. He lives in a family that is absolutely dominated by the success of the women in the family, and he and Bruce and the other men are made to feel worthless. While his sisters have a point about him not having a job and sponging off them, I doubt that Kris ever brokered deals and spent all her time trying to promote Rob like she has the girls. He seems to get lost in the crowd a bit, and has hinted at that quite a few times on the show.

I, too, feel sorry for him. Being in that family undoubtedly contributes to his ability to maintain control of anything in his life. While there are those blessed with great genes, he is an example of the extremes that some people have to go to in order to "look good." He's not obsessing with himself like his sisters, and he's looking quite over-weight again. So, those of you who think a few less brews and a 15-minute run will do the trick if we'd just climb off of the sofa, get real. For some of us, just to look "good" takes a good amount of time and money that most of us just don't have. To look "great" requires almost a 24/7 committment and a LOT of money. It comes down to genetic predisposition for many of us and inability to overcome it due to time and money constraints.

Get away from your mother as fast as you can and all your weight will fall away. Everyone is too into themselves.. Her only son and she's destroyed you. How is it all the men in this family gets destroyed? Except Scott because he is a loser and can't be on his own, he would end up a bum on the street.
