I'm just like Daddy! Orlando Bloom's son Flynn wields a sword imitating his father's character Legolas in Lord of the Rings

It is often said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
So Orlando Bloom must have been chuffed on Friday as his adorable son Flynn did his best impression of his father in his role as Legolas in Lord of the Rings.
The cherubic two-and-half-year old sat astride his famous father's shoulders wielding a toy sword in a scene reminiscent of Orlando's performances in the big screen adaptation of the J.R Tolkien fantasy novel.
Like father like son! Orlando Bloom's son Flynn looks like he is imitating his father's role in Lord of The Rings as he wields a toy sword
As he sat on his father's shoulders the dark haired toddler looked as though he was pretending to ride Arod who was Legolas' horse in the hit Peter Jackson film.
Little
Flynn looked as pleased as punch as he waved his toy sword in one hand
and pointed with the other hand seemingly steering his actor father
around as his mode of transport.
The father and son duo were enjoying some time together on a chilly autumnal day in New York and both dressed cosily for the outing.

Flynn, whose mother is model Miranda Kerr, looked adorable in a blue and white striped sweatshirt and a pair of jeans which he teamed with a very trendy pair of black leather high-top trainers.
A light grey beanie cap with a cute face design on it kept the toddler's head and ears warm from the chilly breeze in the Big Apple.
Meanwhile, Orlando stuck to dark hues for his casual and cosy ensemble which consisted of black jeans, a dark grey chunky knit sweater and a black coat which he teamed with a pair of black plimsoll style trainers and black baseball cap.
Happy: The adorable toddler looked as cheerful as always and showed no sign of being affected by his famous parents recent split

The 36-year-old actor looked a little less cheery than his cute son and seemed to be deep in thought as the duo wandered along in Manhattan.
The actor's somewhat serious demeanor is unsurprising considering that he and his wife of three years Miranda Kerr announced their split last month.
The former couple stated their split was amicable and have since been spotted out together with son Flynn on numerous occasions looking to be on good terms.
Nonetheless
it must be proving a challenging time for Orlando who has moved out of
the family home to the Upper East side where comedian Joan Rivers is one
of his neighbors.
Luckily little Flynn seems unaffected by his famous parents break-up and seems to be as cheerful as always.
Showing off his moves: The little boy made sure to do some swashbuckling when his father put him down

What a great Daddy Orlando is, I always knew he would be special when I met him in London in the early 2000s. I wish him only the best this world has to offer and a long life with his Son Flynn. Love Orlando so very much. ed
