And Lady Gaga proved she still had no fear of carbs as she carried two pizza boxes back to her New York apartment Friday night.

The 27-year-old pop star skipped the trousers in a grey plaid shirt, black pantyhose, and eight-inch patent leather booties.

Gaga - born Stefani Germanotta - had given Joanne Trattoria a shout-out on Thursday.

'The world may target our famous family, but my dad's restaurant is delicious + better than ever! Italian NY comfort,' she tweeted to her 40.5 million little monsters.

The Upper West Side eatery is named after Gaga's aunt Joanne Germanotta, who died of lupus at the tender age of 19.

'I'm dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds,' the Applause singer told Elvis Duran last year.

'My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing... it's so freaking delicious, but I’m telling you I gain five pounds every time I go in there.'

And last Friday, the outlandish songstress sang the praises of Chicago pizza having spent time in the windy city with boyfriend Taylor Kinney.

'I love ordering Chicago pizza,' Mother Monster told Sirius XM Hits 1 radio.

'It's so bad. My boyfriend caught me once eating it in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I woke up in the middle of the night and I found a piece that was sitting by the bed or something and I walked into the bathroom and I was eating it.

'I just heard the (sound of the) door open and I had the pizza in my mouth and he just shook his head at me and said, "That is just shameful."'

People who are afraid to eat carbs (which is needed for energy) are ridiculously annoying. If you actually use those carbs properly, you won't gain weight from them. Stop being ignorant!

this is the same restaurant that had a lot of hygiene issues and very very bad reviews!... nice free advertising for your dad, but it all seems desperate-oh silly me, it is lady ga ga!!
