Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Outstanding customer service, great location I travel to Port Moresby a few times a year on business. Crowne Plaza is always my first choice for accommodation.The main reason? Customer care, pure and simple. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is done with a genuine smile. I am greeted like a member of family, not just an anonymous hotel guest. These things are so important when you're away from your own home base. The hotel's location is also a big plus for me, right in the middle of town, saving the cost of hire cars. I'll be back! Again and again. 24 November 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed! I overnight away from home a lot due to my job and there is no where I sleep better than the Crowne Plaza, POM. The staff are extremely friendly and customer focused and always greet you with a warm smile. The major (only) downside to this hotel for me is the gym. It is need of a complete overhaul especially the weights/resistance section. A relatively small investment in the gym would make the Crowne Plaza the hotel of choice for me personally. 29 September 2013
