Jessica Simpson is looking fantastic just a few months after welcoming her second child into the world.

The 33-year-old stepped out for her nephew's birthday party at The Coop in Studio City, California on Saturday.

She looked like she was in great shape as she carried her 19-month old daughter Maxwell inside for some birthday fun.

Her fiancee, 34-year-old Eric Johnson, and their four-month-old son Ace also joined her for the bash, with Ace snuggled up in his stroller.

The party was thrown by Jessica's sister, Ashlee, 29, and her ex-husband musician Pete Wentz to mark their son Bronx's fifth birthday.

Both Ashley and Pete bought along their current love interests, which may have made for some awkward moments during the celebrations.

Ashlee came with her boyfriend, Evan Ross, 25, while Pete had his girlfriend Meagan Camper by her side.

Things are clearly very serious between singer Ashlee and her beau as even his superstar mother  Diana Ross made an appearance.

Jessica recently shot a campaign spot for Weight Watchers for whom she is being paid a reported $4million to be a spokeswoman.

She posted a picture of herself on Twitter earlier this month looking very slender and tweeted: 'Couldn’t stop smiling on set for my new @weightwatchers campaign today.'

Jessica and Eric welcomed baby Ace in a planned C-Section on June 30, and since then she's been working to shed that baby weight.

And she's clearly already finding it easier to shed the pounds with Ace than with her first child Maxwell who she gave birth to last May.

'When I had Maxwell I gained a lot of weight. More than I thought I would,' the Weight Watchers spokeswoman told Tumblr's MomFeeds blog. 'And when it came time to try to take it off, it felt overwhelming.

'With a toddler on the run and an infant to look after, I knew I needed a plan that's simple and fits into my life along with the support that's so important to my success.

'I know Weight Watchers works so I got on the plan again.'

That little girl looks just like her beautiful momma (as we say in the US south) or mum (as y'all say). As for her figure, every young woman's figure looks cute with a baby on her hip.
