She's been documenting the progress of her fifth pregnancy with numerous selfies.

And in Kim Zolciak's latest snap she proudly displayed her impressive 48-inch baby bump Sunday as she prepares to welcome her twins.

'The twins will here this month and we are soooo excited and I'm soooo over being pregnant!' the reality star tweeted to her 759,000 followers.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star star - born Kimberleigh - has spent the better part of the last two years pregnant.

She and husband Kroy Biermann already have two sons - two-year-old Kroy Jr. and 15-month-old Kash.

And Zolciak also has two daughters - 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana from ex-husband Dan Toce.

The Don't Be Tardy couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary last Monday at home since Kim is 'ready to pop.'

I have no idea who this woman is, but i wanted to say, from all of the people out there who wanted a family but where unable to conceive: WOW have you got wrong attitude. Could you be a bit less thoughtless, and keep your selfish ramblings out of a daily newspaper.
