Opera 18 adds the following APIs to extensions:
- chrome.permissions (tutorial)
- chrome.browsingData (tutorial)
- chrome.contentSettings (tutorial)
- chrome.omnibox (tutorial)
- chrome.privacy (tutorial)
- Opera Off-Road Mode extension API (available through chrome.types)
