David Arquette's girlfriend Christina McLarty debuted her baby bump on Monday.

Stepping out to meet a friend for lunch at BLD in West Hollywood in an oversized grey sweater, tight jeans and cute black flats, the TV host looked like she had raided the closet of her baby daddy's ex-wife Courteney Cox, 49.

The Friends star wore a similar outfit earlier this year.

David divorced Courteney only six months ago. Together they have daughter Coco, aged nine.

The Entertainment Tonight and Insider correspondent usually struts her stuff in head-to-toe glamor with big hair and revealing clothes, but motherhood has brought out an earthier, more conservative side to the beauty.

During her lunch date her hair was not styled and she barely wore a spot of makeup though sunglasses hid half her face.

She paired her pullover with tight jeans and basic black flats, which is Courteney's standard look. Even the sunglasses are a lot like the TV icon's.

Resemblances between the Scrubs star and the former Young And The Restless actress are obvious - they both have long dark hair, dimples and broad, beautiful smiles.

Christina - who has interviewed celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Robert De Niro for her entertainment news shows - has been dating David on and off for two years but have not been photographed together in months.

They were last spotted in September as they had a dinner date at Mr. Chow in LA.

The Scream actor has said of Christina, 'I'm madly in love with her and she's the love of my life. Absolutely.'

Though he divorced Courteney in May, the two actually separated in 2010.

Last month David spilled the beans on his ex's personal life when he told Howard Stern during a drunken radio interview that she had split from her Cougartown co-star Brian Van Holt, 44, and was now dating someone new. That mystery man has yet to be identified.

Showing how close they still are, the actor posed with Courteney (who was almost unrecognizable as a Sumo wrestler) and his daughter for a cute Halloween Twitter photo. Christina was not present.

TMZ has reported Christina is about four months along in her pregnancy.
