She may be heavily pregnant with her first child, but it looks like Australian actress Teresa Palmer won't be slowing down any time soon.

The 27-year-old was seen heading to a workout session on Wednesday in Los Angeles with a relaxed smile on her face.

The blonde beauty appears to be quite far along in her pregnancy, revealing her rather large baby bump in tight-fitting exercise gear.

Teresa showed off her blossoming figure in a pair of black leggings featuring a hot pink waistband, matching pink trainers and a simple black tank.

Make-up free and her blonde hair bundled up in a bun, the Warm Bodies star also revealed a glowing complexion.

As she maintains her figure at the gym, Teresa is also maintaining her healthy eating regime.

The mother-to-be was seen clutching onto a salad as she made her way back to her car.

The former Home And Away star is expecting her first child with fiance Mark Webber, 33.

The couple have enjoyed a whirlwind romance over the past year, announcing their engagement in July before revealing Teresa’s pregnancy the following month.

This is the first baby for Teresa and the second for Mark, who has a child from a previous relationship with actress Frankie Shaw.

They currently live together in Los Angeles where Mark's five-year-old son Isaac resides with them part time. They plan to split their time together between Hollywood and Teresa's hometown of Adelaide, Australia.

Teresa previously revealed to Australia's Herald Sun that the couple met over Twitter in September 2012.

'I looked him up after I saw the trailer for his film End of Love and realised we had so much in common,' she told the publication.

'There were lots of emails going back and forth ... it was like old-fashioned love letters in a way.'

Last month Mark posted a picture of Teresa in her underwear from Who magazine, which showed off her baby bump, and wrote a touching message to her.

He said: 'The love of my life @tez_palmer , with the other love of my life growing in her beautiful belly.

Teresa made her film debut in the 2006 Australian suicide drama 2:37 and also starred in the 2007 Australian film December Boys that featured Daniel Radcliffe of the Harry Potter films.

She has a starring role alongside Natalie Portman and Christian Bale in Knight Of Cups directed by Terrence Malick, which is due out next year.
