They've been engaged for 21 years.

But Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham seem to share an unbreakable bond.

Still speaking fondly of her beloved beau, the 59-year-old media mogul shared an adorable picture of the two on Thursday, in which she calls Stedman her 'Honey.'

'Medal of Freedom dinner last night with my HoneyGraham,' the TV personality captioned her priceless Instagram post.

The snapshot shows the two flashing warm, genuine smiles whilst affectionately wrapping their arms around each other.

Ever the photogenic couple, it's easy to recognise the love between the two as they attend a dinner in honour of the Medal Of Freedom awardees at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C.

Thrilled to be supporting his partner as her date for the important evening, Stedman appeared dapper in a black suit, crisp white blouse and metallic tie.

And there's no doubt that Oprah looked her best, hugging her figure in a shiny navy number, as she accessorised with a gold bracelet, glittering dangling earrings and of course, her Medal Of Freedom award.

President Barack Obama presented the Presidential Medal of Freedom awards, which is the nation’s highest civilian honour, to recipients including Oprah and former President Bill Clinton.

'These are the men and women who in their extraordinary lives remind us of the beauty of the human spirit,' Obama said at the White House, reports TIME.

These individuals were recognised for her meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.

I doubt they've ever been anything more than just friends to be honest. I really think he's not her "type", but he makes a good decoy.

Whose business is it if they're engaged forever or not? Geez don't let it ruin your life. Oprah looks great. She's achieved a lot and done much for many - God bless her!

It is simply inconceivable that a woman like Oprah would think that her vast public would swallow this story. He is a friend, that's all. If you make it to 59 without getting married, it probably means that you are not the marrying type.
