She is known for having one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood.

But even Eva Longoria felt insecure about her latest magazine cover.

The 38-year-old admitted she 'feared being so naked' on the cover of the December issue of Elle Spain, wearing just a smattering of Swarovski crystals and nothing else.

The actress showed off her incredible body in the crystals, which look to be painted on.

Eva put her lean limbs on display as she perched on a bench, half-turned towards the camera.

She wore her brown hair in glamorous waves and highlighted her brown eyes with smokey shadow.

Eva said during the interview that she feared being 'so naked' on the cover of the magazine.

The star has been a jet setter lately as she was in London on Tuesday night for the annual Global Gift Gala, where she mingled with her gal pal Victoria Beckham.

The charities supported at the gala include the Eva Longoria Foundation, which she founded in 2012 to help Latin women through education and entrepreneurship.

Eva’s trip to London comes as she has been linked to Antonio Baston, the president of Latin American TV company Televisa.

People magazine reports they made their debut as a couple in Mexico City last week, attending the Museo Jumex Opening dinner at Case De La Bola.
